NOTICE :
You should always make a factory reset before flashing via Odin, if you have another region (CSC).

Sorry that file was corrupt, obviously I was unaware.
Here is a slightly older firmware
I was able to extract it using winrar. Unfortunately it's not the newest, but it still is 4.4.2 Kit Kat.
If you want I'll PM you a download link to the extracted tar.md5 file, and assuming it works I'll update the OP. Sorry that file was corrupted that's really crappy of me
I've double checked, all links have been fixed, no corrupted zip files or any other problems guaranteed. I'm sure I'm missing regions and possibly entire model numbers, let me know and I'll try to help you out. Hope this still helps people
Well... People should know this tool more.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=57842725. No rapidgator or anything! Fast download speeds at all times. Unsure if you use that but its a great tool and solution to slow download speeds. Basically, just go onto the samsung updates website, pick the firmware you want, and copy the pda/csc/modem into the tool. Modem on wifi devices is the same as pda. So just enter the same info for pda and modem only if its an wifi device. Lte devices has modem info on the website. After it downloads, hit the decrypt button. Then the firmware should be in the folder of where the tool is located.
Hopefully this helped someone!

If that works for you then more power to you, but last time I tried a download tool like that for these I got a bunch of corrupted zips. Probably I did something wrong, oh well. Hopefully this thread helps people, the links are all double-checked, and I don't mind suffering the rapidgator slow-as-molasses download speeds if it can help other people. I've gotten all the model numbers I know about, now I have to start adding more regions and any firmware updates I may have (read probably) missed.
Update: Canadian firmware files on the way for all you hosers out there. A collective thank you for inventing my favorite sport
Cheers for this, I had a NAND backup but never hurts to have a fresh stock image around!

I honestly don't know if this is worth bothering you guys over, but I just wanted to make sure you were aware in case this is significant. Apparently (from what I can tell) Samsung released a new official firmware for the SM-T231 (Caucasus region) sometime in January 2015, designated OA2 (look up the naming system for Samsung firmware builds, if you didn't know, there is a method to the madness). I was unable to find a changelog and I know it's still 4.4.2 KitKat, but I figured I'd share, since you guys seem to be the ones putting out roms for the T231. Anyway if you want it's now in the OP.
I'm sharing this mainly because I noticed every other T231 firmware build is from last year, and all the T231 roms I see are based on those builds. Again, no idea how much (if any) an improvement this new build might be

Once you update bootloader and restart the phone it will then only show xeo the current csc of the rom unless it was changed.

DO NOT flash a firmware build for a different model number. Period. (Model numbers are in bold)
If you have the correct model number but a different region, you should be fine if you perform a factory reset first. Obviously this will erase any and all app data, settings, ringtones, etc. which is why you should always make backups first.

I do not have any control when they are released. I add them to this thread as quick as I can when they are.
If you don't see your model number here, it might just be because lollipop hasn't been released for your model yet.
If it has and I'm still missing it, please private message me instead of cluttering up this thread. I might already be downloading it anyway.
Do NOT flash a firmware for a different model number than your tablet. Thermonuclear warfare will break out and your dog will eat your homework. But really just be patient for your model's update to be released
I am not going to help you root Lollipop
If you have a locked bootloader (Verizon or AT&T branded models), I can almost guarantee you will not be able to root on this firmware, at least for the time being. Get someone better than me to make you a FlashFire keep root update, assuming you're already able to root KitKat
African swallows might've been able to carry the coconut by the husk, but they're not migratory
If you ignore these, if you whine that lollipop isn't out for your variant yet, if you complain that I don't care enough about your specific model, if you think there is a loophole that lets you flash the wrong firmware build, I won't be mature and just ignore you. I'm going to respond with snark and sarcasm and get everyone to point and laugh at you for being the n00b you are. Cheers!

I'm not whining about Lollipop not being out for the 8" model of the tablet yet (even though that does suck!) but would you please keep a lookout for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 SM-T330NU for me? That's the one that I need. I've wanted to try Lollipop on my tablet but haven't gotten around to rooting my tablet and downloading a custom ROM for it yet.

I will gladly keep an eye out for it. Even though I do not have your particular tablet model, I completely understand the desire to try out the latest version. I have samsung-updates, sammobile, and mrcrab open and am refreshing regularly lol. I won't let new updates go unnoticed for too long.
This is probably insignificant but anyone else notice Samsung is releasing 5.0.1 for phones and 5.0.2 for tablets? I wonder if there's any reason for that or if it even really matters
Thanks for the collection tiapunc!
Thanks but do it also tab4 8.0 also when it releases

Good job mate cause because rapidgator is undownloadable
Downloading from sammobile as we speak. I have the SM-T535 which has great battery life. Hoping this update doesn't break what is already working so good. Doing my TWRP backup just in case. Worst case i get an updated modem and restore back.

Lol these download links are infinitely faster than sammobile unless you coughed up and paid for premium download speeds, but I'm glad everything worked out fine for you, and you're already rooted. :good:

You should always do a factory reset before flashing Odin if you have another region, just know that Odin flashing will sometimes irreversibly delete anything and everything you have saved in your internal storage, thus the importance of backing up one's data.

I explicitly said I am not going to help you root lollipop (see post 3) but luckily for you I am a benevolent entity and I shall deign to inform you that sub77's TWRP 2.8.6.0 is capable of rooting this new firmware.

Hello sir! You can write firmware to your G955F/FD with odin ant the 4files firmware, but you need to be careful to select HOME_CSC, and your CSC Region will not change, and the phone will not wipe internal memory or your data!
Here is the tutorial:
Galaxy S8 Plus G955F SBA Firmware is here.
It's the official stock Android Pie.
This is the German Firmware. Can be flashed on any Galaxy S8 Plus with the model number G955F/FD regardless of region.
Flash it via Odin. Load the AP, BL, CP, CSC or HOME_CSC file in Odin to flash.
CSC will wipe the phone, Home_CSC will not wipe.
Here are the firmware details:
PDA: G955FXXU4DSBA
CSC: G955FOXM4DSBA
Region: Germany DBT
Build Date: Fri, 15 Feb 2019
Download: G955FXXU4DSBA_G955FOXM4DSBA_DBT.ZIP
All I want you to do is to hit the thanks button. enjoy!

All I want you to do is to hit the thanks button. enjoy!
Credits to um009 user!

Wireless DeX is working OK...
XAR is part of Multi-CSC OXM too, it's the same firmware...
I flashed the OXM firmware T860XXU3BTI2 just the other day. Every thing is working fine but I'm not getting the update T860XXU3BTJ2 that others seem to have gotten. Any idea what I should do to this this update?

Apparently my 'active CSC' is still the same as before and there' doesn't seem to be a way to change it. This is so frustrating...!
I entered SM-T860 and OXM into Frija but it's not detecting any firmware... is this thing working for anyone else?

You'll have to enter the country specific CSC code, OXM will not work. However, the downloaded firmware will be OXM.
Hi,
Looks like frija and samfirm do not work anymore. Samsung has done something...

There's an update to Frija saying "fixed firmware lookup...". This might solve your problem. Working for me with the update.
Can this firmware flashed to T865??
