Data Call Failure 67 and #777

I have searched high and low with no success - please help!
I only use wifi on my Diamond and disabled the data plan with Sprint. However, my Diamond keeps giving the notifications:
1. Data Call Failure Error Code 67
2. Cant Connect #777 Error
I would like to disable these notifications as they are useless to me as I connect to wifi only. How do I disable my Diamond from delivering both of these unwanted notifications????
Thank you
anyone at all please help.
one more bump, hoping.....

Hi,
Maybe Paul at Modaco has the answer
Dirk
I'm not sure we have the same cause, but here is what caused my HTC Touch Pro2 to show Error Code67.
I was playing around with XDAndroid AOSP 2.1 on my device, then used Menu+Hngup key to power off. HTC blank screen immediately came up and device booted back into WinMo 6.5 (MightyRom). Error 67 popped up right afterwords. Trying to go to setting->system->update profile / update prl, neither option works.
After trying a couple of more options and nothing worked, I powered off the phone, waited for one minute, turned it on again, the error is gone.
Again, not sure it helps your situation, but it fixed mine... Hope it will work for you as well.

[Q] Connections to Location Based Services server

Hi,
I recently noticed then even when I have in Location & Security settings disabled "Use wireless networks" phone tries to connect non stop to bcmls2.glpals.com port 7275 which is server for LBS as specified in gps.conf.
The connection succeeds but no data transfer happens and it just keeps going forever on wifi or data connection whatever is available.
At same time in log appear messages:
E/GPS (107): [on_request_connection][line = 1061]: Failed with NO SESSION SLOT.
System is stock 2.3.3.
Anybody saw something like this ?
Where you able to debug this?
I've installed aLogCat today on my NS, and I'm seing a lot of entries like that: "[on_request_connection][line = 1061]: Failed with NO SESSION SLOT"
Anyway to know what's responsible for this?
Tks
Same here with Nexus S, is there any way to catch what application is responsible for the log spit?
I'm having the exact same entry:
[on_request_connection][line = 1061]: Failed with NO SESSION SLOT
This occurs when I'm trying to download an Application from the Market when connected to Wifi. The download just stalls and never really initiates. When I'm off of Wifi, but on 3G, though, the download goes through flawlessly.
Anyone know what's going on?
file it as a bug to google
Done: code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=16185
Hadn't debug it.
But in order to prevent it from generating traffic all the time replaced bcmls2.glpals.com with 127.0.0.1

Profile error

I had a customer call after buying the photon and it worked when leaving the store but about an hour after she wasn't able to do anything on it. When I advised her to update her profile and prl it would fail and give an error. Something to do with "mobile IP. MIP error code 67. Mobile node failed authentication."
I've never seen it. Kinda curious if anyone here would know anything. I'll get further details when she brings the phone in tomorrow.
Update: she just called back and said after messing with it all morning she was able to get data, voice, and text working but the "update profile" and prl are giving the same error still. Very odd.

Tasker Android 6.0 "Issue"

I'm on CM13 Android 6.0. How can I make Tasker turn 3G on when certain app is open and turn off when certain app isn't open, unless that I turn 3G on? I already tried Secure Settings (don't know if I tried the right option) and Toggle Data 5.0, which gave me the "Can't toggle mobile data. Is your device rooted? Error -2: Command "service" not found" error.
EDIT: Solved, just changed SELinux to permissive.
