HTC Desire wallpapers

hi guys,
That'll be amazing if someone could post the original wallpapers that come with the Desire's Sense ROM. Obviously not the Live ones just the stock wallpapers.

Those wallpapers are also live, right? When I was on Desire's ROM, I noticed that some clouds appear sometimes on the default wallpaper

lol thats not a live wallpaper..thats HTC's Weather app. Its just like it is on the HD2. So if its raining youll see raindrops on your homescreen with the windshield wiper.
They didnt add any of their own live wallpapers, just the same ones as the Nexus One.

thanks ive been waiting for this!

Hi does anyone else have a better copy of the first wallpaper? There's a thin blue line at the left edge and it looks terrible on the N1 as u can see a bright blue line right at the edge of the left most screen.
I'm currently bypassing this little issue with a little crop and resize but being a 'perfectionist', it's just not the same...

Someone over at the XOOM forums made a template.

Giving LauncherPro a go, but I may revert back to stock. LP is more familiar and has better widgets, but that side dock makes it too phone-like.

How do you guys put these on you phone as wallpaper? I can only take a small part of the picture as wallpaper image.
have to cut out a piece that's portrait meaning 75% won't be shown as wallpaper, because the images are in landscape.

There's an app called wallpaper wizardrii, free from market. You can set wallpapers any size you want. Try it.

It may not work as well with these, but for some pictures (mostly patterns, textures etc.) you can just rotate it and then set the whole thing.
But you can also try the app mentioned above.

I want it to be my wallpaper just like it looks, but when I set it the phone forces me to crop it and I wind up with this:
How can I get the full image as a background so that its not zoomed in or cropped?

I was wondering the same thing ... I seems that you can't unless you put your wallpaper in the same destination the default ones are located which will make it like a stock one ....

Hey man. I know what you mean it can be annoying. The reason why it asks you to crop is because of your phone's resolution or whatever, it can only show so much. What you could try is "PicSPEED Wallpapers" from the market. Download it. Then when you set a wallpaper (from your gallery) a new option to custom crop the iage will appear and you can freely manipulate what is shown as the wallapaper

no that's not correct....
I have the stock GB wallpapers and stil have to crop them when set as wallpapers...
Most wallpapers apps are crap low quality stuff...Plus tons of crap adds...

It asks you to crop because it slides the image over a little while changing home screens (for a static wallpaper). I don't believe there is a setting in the stock launcher to change that. What you generally want is a square, 800px tall and 800px wide, with the image you want in the middle. Then you enlarge the crop to the entire image, and voila.

I use "wallpaper set and save"
On market sets wallpaper without quality lose

Yes, I saw it on my phone screen. My pc screen is really bad and it was kind of blue ^^. Happy you like some of them.
I am actually far from home for a while, but I have some new waiting just to be upload. After that I'll make the next for sense 4, as it's what I am using now.
