Same here, even got a discount. Love this phone! I am also able to jump with my s7edge and tested out the s8 plus and decided to give my s7 to my stepdaughter and just rock the Mate 9 till I see what's up with the note 8.
Still at 70% after 10 hours and 3 hours SOT.

i know; this battery is just ridiculous; I can leave it off the charge, at 100, and just leave it on my desk for an hour or 2 and its still at 100%
I thought I would freak out with out wireless charging, after being so used to it on my Nexus 6 for the last 2 years, but, frankly, this battery lasts forever, so who cares about wireless charging anymore!
I wish there was some development on the mate 9 pro, but frankly, I still have my nexus if I want to flash anything, but, since having this phone for a month or so, I haven't even flashed a thing on my Nexus, and I use the Mate 9 pro as my main phone now...perfect in every way!

It think its a pretty good deal.
Beware that cheap batteries from HongKong/China tend to not hold charge at what they are listed and have much less battery life.
Either if they are from US or Hong Kong, it doesn't really matter. If you purchase them from the states, where do you think they came from? For 9.98 I'm willing to give it a shot.

I bought the same deal for my Evo 2 weeks ago and don't notice a difference from these batteries and the stock one. It should be the same for the Epic too

I'm waiting to hear about this. The EVO ones have I think close to 8000 sold now, and a lot of people are claiming that they're as good as stock OEM.
With any luck, this is the same deal and if that's the case I'm grabbing one, no questions asked.

I ordered them, as soon as they get here I'll let you know.
Thank for the info. I just ordered the $9.95 package from Ebay. Free shipping too. Ya can't go wrong for that price.
just ordered it, figured 10 bucks is worth the risk. Would be a steal if they are even half as good.
First time every buying anything from eBay but even at an $11 loss, I think it's worth it.
If it arrives, I'll make sure to let everyone know how it holds up.
Bought one yesterday too!
Will report my findings!
one thing to note is that the specs say that the output for DC is only 350mA +/-50mA which means it will charge pretty darn slowly... nonetheless, can't complain for $10!

The wall charger that comes with these batteries is a trickle charger. This is similar to how your battery is charged via a usb port on your computer.
Thanks OP, just copped one for myself. Will post results when they arrive
i will probably get this deal too, but you do know that it takes 3 weeks for things to show up from hong kong right?

ill let you guys know when it arrives and it holds its charge
It's so cheap I might as well pull the trigger.
I received the 2 batteries yestetday morning, charged them up for 6 hrs,use it since yesterday afternoon, first impression is it is as good as the OEM.THe batteries that i received have the Samsung label on the battery, diffeerent than what it showed on the ebay auction.

Would you still buy the OPO today?

My Nexus 5 is getting worse and worse by the day when it comes to battery life. I have replaced the battery and factory reset but still am struggling. Plus, I'm not overly impressed with the HTC One M9 at this point, but I realize it's not on final software yet either. The Asus Zenfone 2 is also appealing, but who knows when/if it will be released in the US.
So, if you were to buy a phone today, would you still consider the OnePlus One? I know the next variant is expected in the upcoming months but curious what you think. I like the price point, especially for the 64gb of memory, but it looks like camera quality is still hit and miss.
I appreciate your thoughts!
Update: bought one on Swappa and should be getting it on 3/20.
I just ordered mine 64GB version for 299 Eur
Hmm Nexus5 to OnePlusOne maybe last year, but this year when OnePlus Two is near i wouldn't buy OnePlusOne, but if you totally need it buy it. It is smooth and looks so awesome.
I'd still buy it in a heartbeat.

I bought a used one a few weeks ago off of swappa for $330. Came with a case and 2 glass screen protectors. Love it so far, decided to buy another used one for my GF too.

Just got mine today, loving it. I'd get a one plus two if it was exactly the same as the one in every way, ie 5.5" 1080p (dont need higher), 64gb of storage, great battery life and cheap. Rumours all point to none of this, along with the 810 being a hot chip. Even the M9 is a hot running device.
I have a HTC One m8, but seeing as the M9 is disappointing and I want a new phone so I bought it today, can't wait to get it! If I don't like it, well theres always toy phones to have
Yes. Got mine few days ago. So far, it's great. Now I have both Nexus 5 32gb and OnePlus One 64gb. It's so great in such a small price tag that you won't regret even if the Two comes in few months.
So if u consider to buy a phone today, definitely go for OnePlus 1.

Thanks for all the comments! I just purchased one on Swappa, now to sit and wait.
No, I wouldn't. The missing feature of mhl makes it almost completely useless with my app radio which I used heavily with HTC one m7.

Lol I got mine 2 days ago. And I must say, pros>cons on this phone. I absolutely love it. I don't care about the customer service and that it doesn't work as quick as people would like them to work. For the price of this phone and the specs, you have no right to complain about anything tbh?
I bought one , Broke it . . Tried the OPPO FIND 7.. broke and returned that.. now i just got another ONEPLUS . Love the easy customization and the ONEPLUS ROM Scene is busy..
oneplus one will be brilliant choice!
OnePlus Without second thought.
He had everything you have in Nexus 5 and so MUCH more, plus with this price tag it's a no brainer.
Just bought one a few days ago, coming from a fairly beaten up Galaxy S3 (no screen cracks, just dinged around the edges and crashes a random app once every other week or so) one big reason I switched is that even the new batteries I bought don't seem to last long.
I got the tempered glass screen protector with it and I love that, never going back to plastic.
I was worried if it would seem too big in my pocket - I would say, the S3 is a little more comfortable to have in pocket, but the OPO is OK. I basically wear jeans every day and they're not too tight, otherwise, it could be a problem.
It feels like a good solid quality device and I'm glad it doesn't get hot running Clash of Clans the way my S3 does.
The ghost touches on this thing are driving me crazy, it's going back up on Swappa.
I wouldn't buy a phone with Snapdragon 810 so I'm not looking forward to any of the flagship (and killer) this year.

Replacement Battery - which one is best?

Does anyone know where to get a replacement original or good quality OEM battery for the Mi5 (BM22)?
My battery life has turned pretty poor (sometime the phone will switch off when it claims it has 20% left) etc and I usually get just over 2.25 hrs SOT.
Have tried different ROMs, battery calibration etc but think the issue may be the battery itself so looking to replace.
All the ones on Aliexpress are OEM and no brands I recognize. Any advise on which is best?
Thanks, Chada
I'd like to know too, I can find many batteries on eBay and Aliexpress but I don't know if they're good or not
I bought one from ebay. It worked as good as a new one for a month. After that the battery doesn't want to charge. Checked with different chargers but Ampere shows the charging current at around 150mah. Don't buy from ebay.

That's been my experience with every single replacement battery I've ever ordered online. We have a local Xiaomi repair centre, I can message them to see if we can buy OEM batteries from them directly?

I just ordered a "Nohon" battery for my mi5. Specs are Li-Po (as original, not Li-Ion) and 2910/3000mAh. You pay a slight premium compared to the cheapest alternative on Ali, but maybe it's worth it. Dragon-tt has OEM batteries for sale (at least that's how they're promoting them), but they won't ship to Finland, so I couldn't order from there.
Anyone here who has experience with this brand's offerings? Let's see how it goes - I'll post back when I get it (in a month or so probably). *fingers crossed*
Edit: seems it'll take at least 2 months for it to arrive, since it can't be shipped by air to Finland.

Honor 8 battery

I have an FRD-L14. My battery life was horrible. I usually replace phones because they slow down after a few years. The honor 8 is still a pretty fast phone so I ended up replacing the battery. I bought one off Amazon for 16 bucks (tools included) and purchased a heat gun for 8 bucks at harbor freight. Lots of you tube videos to help. It wasn't that hard and my battery life is back like when the phone was new. Maybe I'll get another year out of this 250 dollar phone. So if you're thinking about it, do it.

That's awesome man! I think the beginning of next year I'll be grabbing a new battery since I have no reason to change phones. Or maybe I'll get a new one and it my h8 as a testing device. Either way, congrats!

Oneplus 7 8/256GB worth it for 609€ on Amazon?

As the title say I'm probably buying the non pro version due to the huge price difference (140€), what do you guys think? Ah I'm coming from a OnePlus 6, yesterday unfortunately I've discovered that the type c is kind loose and now the cable slips away if I slightly move the device...
Thanks in advance for the help!
7t should be out in 2 months time. Might be worthwhile waiting for it.

Probably an inexpensive fix. Won't you need to get it fixed if you plan on selling the phone at some stage?
I'd get it repaired and wait for the 7t.
Might find the 7pro gets heavily discounted soon too.
I've got the 7pro and it is fantastic! The 90hz screen is unlike anything I've ever used on a smartphone. Not sure the 7/7t will have a 90hz display.

It depends on Amazon answer on that, sometimes they refund it if it's not available. Anyway I'll do as you advised, I'll wait for the T version hoping to not break the port :fingers-crossed:

NO!
Oneplus 7 is worth buying in China, because you spend 200€ less money (about 400€ for a new 8/256GB) and you keep Oneplus official warranty for 1 year.
Ok you lose just 1 year, but the price is the same as a Mi 9T Pro
Or if you are lucky enough (just as me), you could find in Amazon Warehouse Deals, an OP7 used in perfect condition, paying the same as a new one in China market, but with a perfect phone and Amazon warranty (and you can give it back if it is not good enough for you).
I found a French OP7: same as the others OP, but in France it is mandatory to include earphones into the package (usb-c earphones worth 20€ in Oneplus shopping page)
I ordered the OP7 with 256Gb/8GB Ram for 390€ at Gearbest during flashsale. Pretty good deal in my opinion ? I hope the delivery doesn't take too long...

I ordered my OnePlus 7 8/256 from Aliexpress for $440 so no, Amazon's current price of 600 euros is not a good deal.
For that kind of money you would get the 7 Pro on Aliexpress.
No, this device not worth such money!
I have it for 3 month already and no single custom rom, I would wait little bit for release of 7t pro and buy the 7 pro version.
Have you tried maybe the usb plugs from ali like quick connect..

I personally advise to purchase the OP7. It's my best best phone so far (dual speakers, same ufs3, same main camera...).
But... I've paid 381€ for the 8/256 chinese version in a much nicer red colour. There's no important difference between global and chinese versions (charger plug, instructions language...). You've even got 1 year official warranty!
Joan Tur (OP7)
Do you guys recommend buying the OnePlus 7 now? I can get a pre-owned 6GB with 10 months warranty with insurance remaining. Around 75% of that price I can get a 6T with a few months warranty remaining. Also I can't afford a 7T. Which phone do you guys recommend?
Tbh I wouldnt get either phone
Theres a lot more phones coming out this year with better specs
