Hi i'm a Yu Yunique YU4711 user
currentry i'm running nougat (7.1.1) based Ressurection Remix and no matter what rom i flash, there is always a network fluctuation issue in my Phone :'(
IMEI, Baseband and everything else seems to be fine and it's been 2 days i'm getting "No Service" in both sim slots, Network Mode is set to 4G for slot 1 (Jio) and 3G for slot 2 (Tata Docomo) please someone help
Is it the plus variant?

I think this is a hardware problem not a software problem you need to check it by yourself or can take it to customer care. No other option are there as you mentioned that you are facing same problem in EVERY SINGLE ROM.

A few days ago the sim card 1 began to get strange behavior and I have not changed anything on the device and even crashed or something. The device detects the sim card inserted, connects to the network and to the Internet but does not make calls (MSG: Call ended)!
Inverted the sims and the problem persists. When I put the sim card in slot 2 it works normally.
I called the operator and has no problem in the network of the region.
It will be a problem on the device?
Attempts made: hard reset, reinstall the rom, rom exchange ..

dude, have u tried 5.1.1 based rom? I have xt1033. this problem I've faced on every MM based rom (yah I've tried all rom). I've wrote on several post, no one answered me.
problem is weak network signal, call drop, signal lost frquently, non stable connection.
only working MM rom on dual sim model xt1033 I found just "Aosp/caf by flashhhh".

No tried. I was using the rom for about 30 days with no problems.

I faced Problem of Following...
1. SIM 1 working But when its on 3G network Coverage.
2. SIM 2 Also Working but when its on 3G network Coverage.
3. At a Time only any 1 SIM working if Both SIM in 3G network Covarage.
4. I have tried to Start mobile Data Connection but its also not start on Both SIM card Slots.
5. The Data Connection is Turned on When i have Inserted Roaming SIM in any one Slot.
6. I have tried to install Following Stock ROM, But not Fixed.
(1) "XT1033_FALCON_ASIA_DS_5.1_LPB23.13-56_cid7_CFC.xml"
(2) "ASIARETAIL_XT1033_5.0.2_LXB22.46-28_cid7_CFC.xml.zip"
and Some 2-3 more, This all ROM Installed Successfull and Run Fine but not Fixed My issue.
Note :This problem had occur when i was Installed Your ROM "cm-13.0-20160816-SNAPSHOT-ZNH5YAO0F8-falcon.zip".

Hi guys so the problem that I'm having is that when my Sprint sim card is inserted and I reboot my phone I don't any kind of service. The signal bar keeps flashing as of it was trying to connect but can't, without the sim I only have 3g service and to be frank idk how I even do that because before it wouldn't get any signal without the sim. The problem started after I installed Cosmic os klte build when I was suppose to install on kltespr build. I have installed resurrection remix and lineage kltespr build and all do the same thing only 3g without sim and no signal with sim! If anyone can help I'll appreciate it!

I'm guessing you've already tried using Odin and flashing the stock tar file? Because when all else fails try that first...

when you installed the ROM for the other phone, you likely also installed its radios which are interfering with the SIM. Odin flash the OK4 tarball on it, and youll likely be just fine
also, youre getting 3g because its all cdma, the sim will only give you LTE with sprint. They use your IMEI to identify it on the 3g network

I was using light rom oreo but on it volte was not working.So i found one patch to enable volte and WiFi calls but it didn't work.
After wards I flashed([TeamExyKings][G930/G935_F/FD][9.0][Note FE Port][10-April-2019][v3]LightROM) .After falshing this rom no 4G networks are being connected.
Then I tried flashing stock firmware but still the issue remain same(Notification drawer shows emergency calls only)
Currently I am using [TeamExyKings][G930/G935_F/FD][9.0][Note FE Port][10-April-2019][v3]LightROM...I too flashed bootloader..But nothing work please help

Is there an IMEI number showing in settings?
Yes It Shows IMEI number and 2G and 3G networks can able to connect ,but the problem is only with 4G ..so 4G networks are not detected if I do manual search of network then also same problem remains..Device only detect 2G and 3G network
Upgraded from pixel experience 11 to 13 and everything is working just fine other than the mobile data and SMS... sim is detected but there are no signals... IMEI number is showing but phone number sim name, network, and network type all are shown as unavailable
Sim working on other phones and was working on PE11 before as well... I also tried Pixel Experience 13 Plus and Lineage OS 20.0 but encountered the same issue on all 3 of them... using MSM tool works but reflashing rom causes the same issue again
