The phone is in service menu mode (green lay robot with open body). Is not power on.
If I do fastboot oem unlock UNIQUE_KEY, I get message "Check "Allow OEM Unlock" in Developer Options.
What can you do? Grateful for any advice.
I live in Poland and I can't get the official support...

You go to the Motorola website and get the unlock key. It's easy. You then copy and paste it into the command window.
Doesn't matter where you live. I live in the U.S. and have three XT1225 I imported from other countries.
You mention Developer Options. I didn't use that when unlocking my XT1225, but you have enabled Developer Options, right? Click the Build Number in "About" several times?

Yes, I did fastboot oem get_unlock_data, then I send a long code to Motorola and I get UNLOCK CODE
Then I did fastboot oem unlock N625XXXXXXXXGXXXXJV and unlock bootloader
Then I decided to lock bootloader back and did fastboot oem lock
After that my xt1225 is not power on, and I can't enable Developer Options

After successfully UNLOCKING the bootloader with the Motorola code, you locked it back? ARghhh.
And now you want it unlocked yet again?
Sorry, someone else will have to help... I've never, never re-locked a bootloader once I got freedom.
I tried to lock because I had some problem with programs.
And when my moto doesn't work, I tried unlock again
Can you help me to find original recovery 5.0.2 for XT1225 Puerto-Rico Claro?

Yes, go to this post in my stock TWRP backup & stock ROMS thread...
Moto Maxx - Moto Turbo XT1225 factory images (Mexico | Puerto Rico | India | Brazil)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=63217981&postcount=31
In that post, @baybutcher27 has created a mirror with all the factory images for Quarks.
Click on the "Files in Moto MAXX filefactory folder" link in his post. This is what you want:
XT1225_QUARK_AMXPR_5.0.2_LXG22.33-12.16_cid12_subsidy-CLALASL_CFC.xml.zip
Thank you very much!

You flip the toggle under OEM unlocking...
Unlocking the bootloader is a standard, supported feature of this device.
1) Go to About -> Build in the Settings menu.
2) Tap until you unlock Developer options in Settings.
3) Go into Developer options.
4) Enable OEM unlocking.
There really isn't anything special here as far as the bootloader is concerned.
Now, TWRP, root, and SIM unlock, those would be useful to figure out.

this doesnt unlock the bootloader. It just allows the bootloader to be unlocked by the OEM manufacturer
I updated recently and noticed that "OEM unlock" option is not active. So, is there a possibility to unlock it?
Hi, i want to downgrade my android pie to oreo. But for some reason OEM unlocking is greyed out in developer settings. How do i unlock it? I'm having battery and WiFi issues with pie.
