i'm trying to get some sort of support from Huawei and not getting any answers/responses from the email addresses I can find. Does anyone have a reliable Mate9/Mate 9 PRO contact email please?
I live in Qatar.... support here is almost non-existent.

I would say it's pretty much the same way around the world for Huawei support. I know here in the US they only answer what they want to answer and in vague responses. I've sent a few different emails with questions and they answered one and the others they've totally ignored.

I thought they said they have not got it approved yet from Apple. That is why they probably started iPhone first, the approval process could take months.

nope, but it is on the list supposedly. Tango is THE ONE, if they fix that problem. uninstalled until then.

Wow nowhere in that response does it say that it is coming at all, just says they are continuing to develop, that kinda sucks since we know it is on the myTouch HD, well, I had messenger installed and on auto update but after reading that letter I guess I am gonna uninstall and free up some space It just drives me nuts that we have one of the most capable handsets on the market and we can't get a damn phone to comp. video chat app, that is like the LAST thing that I want my Evo to do, C'est la vie

The newest update seems to have mostly fixed it

I recently had to send my Infinity to Asus twice for some warranty repair and on the last trip, they replaced the WiFi so now I can't get OTA updates or unlock the tablet. Can anyone tell me is there is someone specifically that I can contact to have this fixed? I tried the Asus-USA rep on this site and sent an email to [email protected] (which was posted on another thread as a possible source of help), but so far I haven't been able to get any help on this situation. I really wanted to unlock and give CROMI a try, but I can't until this gets fixed, if it ever gets fixed. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Call them directly. Don't take no for an answer. Tell them you know others have had it done. Ask to speak to a manager.

Regular tech support will not get you the results you want. They will just continue to issue an RMA but they can't fix the information stored on the servers and I don't think the service centers can either. The information they enter is correct on their end but for whatever reason it does not update the servers in Taiwan.

I had seen that thread before and I was going to try that, but I can't even access the Asus Device Tracker site. I go to devicetracker.asus.com, sign in and then I see a "Page no found" error and am booted back to the login page. Anyways, I got another email from Tien and after some back and forth, he agreed to create a case for me so that when I call the support line, they'll be able to see that I'm not bull****ting them. Still, it's pretty ridiculous that we have to jump through all these hoops to get basic functionality. What do the non-nerds do? I'll let you all know what progress I make with this and I thank you for all your help so far.

Yes, but this problem is keeping me from even getting OTA updates. I'm pretty sure that those are important to everybody.

Ask for a replacement. Someone in an other forum received 600€ after many calls. He said he will wait for the next infinity.

I think that's fake... Maybe you should ask the competition's organizer for confirmation.
BTW, the sender's email (<[email protected]>) can be fake. People can use email address whatever they want to send emails to you.

Hi, I bought the app to use it with my Xiaomi Mi A1 running android 8.0 but for a reason it doesn't seem to work.
I bought the app once and I noticed this problem so I refounded it (I didn't know I could uninstall it without doing this). I got my money back and bought it again and it still didn't work. But this time when I decided that I wanted to refound it and keep my money I no longer had this option.
I did a quick Google search and found on some Google forums that in case I had any problems I had to talk to the developers... So here I am. What can I do? Can I get my money back? Or at least how can I get the app to work? Please help.

I have Mi A1 running Android 8.0 and it's running smoothly.
I got my android 12 upgrade Wednesday. And Saturday I got the system UI and system process not responding. Now I have no system wide sound.
Edit : I'm using a Lg velvet 5g. Lm-g900um
I force downgraded to android 11 and am still having this issue. I have also reset my phone countless times I'm cleared the cache on the Google, Google Play and Google Play services. As well as system UI. Any other suggestions?
