Just remember if you buy from another country and the phone has warranty issues it gets complicated because you have to return it to place of origin. This is okay if you live near retailer of course.
Just remember the Note 7 saga. You couldn't even post the phone back.
I had an issue with a s7edge duos from dubai. It arrived with an issue, to have it looked at u have to send back to dubai at ur expense. Problem is if the service centre cant reproduce the problem, they just re-flash the software and send back. After a lot of digging around i read reports of people with similar problem had it resolved by a mother board (pba) swap. This costs £220 to get done in UK. Or costs £120 in shipping to Dubai and a lot of hassle trying to convince service centre to swap the board.
I really like duos but the headache of the warranty/support is too much.
however, if you get a problem free unit then it is just great ?

I need a new motherboard for samsung galaxy ace plus s-7500. So does anyone know where i can buy it.I dont have it in my country so anywhere else???
Only samaung can give you replacement of motherboard...
Go in samsung's service center & ask them.
They will take your phone to repair & if they don't have motherboard, they can order it from another country's service center.
You just have to leave your cell in service center for 2-3 days.
& best thing is this all is free if your device is in warrenty period.

my mobile, galaxy s3 is from uk and i am currently in India. my mobile got switched off and din switch on again. I went to the service center, they told me that the motherboard needs to be changed. i was okay with it, but after a while theyve told me that they cant repair it. apparently the indian s3s have different motherboard parts and also the screw sizes r diff. is it true? cant i buy indian s3's motherboard n fix my mobile????
I recently moved to Italy and saw a decent promotion with Samsung which offered a €200 rebate when buying a Note 4 or Note 4 edge if you have a Note I, II, III or S4. This seemed quite good as Amazon sold the Note for a decent price. All well and good until I'm trying to claim, the Note 4 I bought is Italian and so that is fine but the S4 I have is not being accepted as it is not Italian. I did read the terms and conditons earlier and I can't really see where it says that the original phone also had to be Italian but as I don't speak any Italian and can't ring Samsung up I'm a bit stuck. I was wondering if anybody would be able to PM an Italian IMEI for a Note I,III or III or an S4 that I could use for this, I know it's a bit of a cheeky request but it seems like the easiest way to get this done.

Sorry, but I had to close this thread because it is a really really bad idea for people to be giving up their IMEI numbers. The IMEI numbers can be used to black list a device and if Samsung is running a trade in promotion, they could end up blacklisting all the "traded in" devices and some one who helped you could end up with a nearly useless device.
Hi, After OTA update my gear fit 2 pro stopped working correctly.. It doesn't count steps, HR monitor not working. I tried few hard reboot without luck.
Bought this watch on ebay, Seller doesn't exist anymore on Ebay UK.. I contacted Samsung UK and they told me that watch is still on warranty, but They cannot repair it because watch is from China region.
I'm looking for someone that can speak Chinese to contact Samsung China and arrange a repair. I can give all watch details on PM.

I am facing a very seiours trouble on my Galaxy s8 device. Alright I am living in Pakistan and I have this device for more than 2 years.
Its bought from Uae and I have paid all the taxes and PTA approved as well. I had this error last year from MM phone service saying "SIM1 not allowed".I got it fixed by paying 3k pkr approx 15USD to tech guy. He told me that there was something wrong with sim card servies. But now after a year of use I am facing same problem and I cant find the guy who fixed it. Please take a look and guide me how to fix this error. Screenhots posted below.
