got the update. it was something like 78mb. still 7.0 and still 1 feb 2017 sec patches. uncertified.

All the old issues are still there. It seems that the fingerprint reader is a little bit faster. People say that battery is better too, but i really dk, I've been using it all day.

To me it feels like there might some sarcasm in the air....
But i think battery really is much better now.. today it only drained 22% with normal use before it was around 35-40%!!

Where I can get this as a flashable zip for TWRP ?
i tried to update this , as i am on STOCK unrooted.. but i remembered that i flashed the STOCK ZIP with TWRP !!
so changed flashed STOCK recovery.. and checked if its booting into StockRecovery,
now i downloaded the update ! but its failing to install the UPDATE !! i didnt understand why !! so tried flashing WHOLE STOCK MARSHMALLOW rom ( thinking that i could download both updates s232 and 233) but my phone is stuck at LENOVO unlocked LOGO
i tried reflashing all files, but its same !!
is it the DOWNGRADE from 7.0 to 6.0 causing this issue??

Hi, thanks for being here..
i searched for path, but didnt get it, as i am not rooted..
i connected my phone to PC , checked LOG with adb command , and found the URL which i posted above.. i tried flashing with Stock recovery but couldnt get success, so tried TWRP by removing some lines( GETPROP lines in updater script) and made a flashableZIP but its also hanging at the end ,( patching boot image section) but it booted fine and now i am on s233 version..
Update: i tried wiping cache, dalvik, data and flashed the zip again.. now it flashed fine .. God knows whats wrong with my phone

I dunno . With this version , to enter "S/W upgrade ..." mode ( known as Emergency Mode ) i must to combine holding search button + plug in the USB cable .
Recovery may be damaged
because it's not lg p500 it's su370 dude
I did the same thing to my SU370, flashed custom recovery & n now stucked at tht stupid screen. Tried so many ways n tried recovery in lgtools but after installation still the same. I think the only way is bring it to Korea Lg center

Maybe have same hardware, same model but i think different system os, so that may the problem.

s/w upgrade done successfully but unfortunately im getting the same screen as yours. As i suspected the recovery is corrupted coz of CWM.
the only solution to this is to find a way to flash the original recovery.img, which im not able to do until now. damn!!!

Ok, so, if you only need to flash system: (THIS WILL ERASE YOUR DATA!)
1: Install the samsung drivers
2: Extract on your desktop the .tar.md5 file (Is a big file)
2: Shut down your phone and boot it into download mode
3: Open odin
4: Connect it to the pc
5: A message 'Added!!' will appear on the message box
6: Select PDA/AP and select the .tar.md5 file
7: Select flash and after a couple of minutes, the phone will be rebooted
8: If you gets stuck in bootloop, simply boot the phone into recovery and select :
Erase Cache partition
Erase Data/Factory reset
9: Enjoy!

You can root your device. I suggest you, if you would to update your phone, don't root. If you would the superuser permission, then root. If the phone will stuck bootloop, then reflash all

Have any one flashed this ROM successfully?
As when I flashed mentioned TWRP and went in recovery I got blank screen. So I flashed Sevenmax's TWRP and able to in recovery.
Now when I tried to flash this ROM I got an error msg This package is for device: karate; this device is K33a48.
So can anyone provide the solution? I here attached log file of recovery.

To Flash or format internal storage TWRP of karthick's should be display the options which is only giving me black screen.
I think TWRP is booted successfully but we won't getting it's graphical screen.

flash it once again this time check your bootloader status also . if it is locked or unlocked . also if that did not works try flashing sevenmax recovery and then flash the image via the same recovery and reboot .
Same I want to understand you that only seven max recovery is working. Also bootloader is already unlocked to flash recovery
Sevenmax recovery is able to give graphical display but when trying to flash mentioned from zip it gives an error this ROM is for karate and your device is k33a42. That's the issue. Hope you are trying it for Lenovo k6 power. Because I haven't got this type of error in my custom MIUI ROM which I am trying to port for this device.
As noughat is out for k6 power , is there any hope for lineage official rom ?

So this one time i was trying to get my device back to stock os , everything was fine UNTIL i put the UPDATE.APP into dload without extracting
The only thing i can boot into is fastboot&rescue mode ( down volume + pwr button ) , boot gets stuck in warning sign with trying to boot into recovery or the three button combination.
Help please.
it used to have twrp 3.0.2 , flashed recovery img several times and it wouldn't boot into recovery

should be twrp 3.0.2, but i have flashed recovery.img from different rollback packages it still doesn't boot into it.

i installed twrp and root at that moment. everything was fine , until i decided to go back to stock

i also had a time where i think i installed the wrong rollback package with the wrong firmware.. it was able to boot into os, with older icons and some missing applications , found my mistake and got both files correctly installed again. Rooted and twrp installed.
and i decided to go back go stock again , then i screwed up in not extracting the UPDATE.APP file before putting it into dload folder in my sd card.

For what i remember , i'm trying to root the device so that's why i went back to Marshmallow , yes it's before Nougat, Marshmallow, what should i do?

Try to flash system.img from update.app using fastboot.

Yiu gotta use Huawei Update Extractor to extract the system.img, but try Rommco's suggestion first.

flashed the old twrp 3.0.2 i used before and the latest 3.1.1 , both of them also gets me stuck in the warning boot. It also takes a little while to charge and boot into it.

Nevermind , i just flashed the system.img , it boots into warning twice and got stuck there again.

You have to go in fastboot-Mode and flash stock eRecovery then dload again...

Do you mean that it only boots? Because that's all I can do with it. When I try to flash I gives error like "some partition doesn't exist"

Hi. tryied it.
not only it didn't flash twrp it's also removed my root.
dried to both flash and boot.
then i tired to only boot.
not complaining - just inform you that this can happen.
re-rooted and now looking for other ways to get twrp.
