To put it in simple terms, they are two completely different types of devices (even if they are variants of the same device (ie Vogue and Elf, Blue Angel and Harrier, etc). One of them uses a SIM card (GSM) and the other one is identified by its network via an ESN / pESN.
Normally, the different variants have their own specific name and you gotta make sure that the rom that you are flashing is meant for that device. Or else, as some people stated above, you will brick your device.

I've read on Google that I need the ASII build, but right now i have the latest one, the ASJG.
Do I really need to downgrade my firmware, or I can install it on ASJG.
If it is important, I have checked if my phone is compatible with the beta, I have the G975F and at the CSC I have the letters OXM, but not the ASII. Also, if it' important, I am from Romania, and bought the phone from here.

Personally I did that on my OnePlus 8, but you're posting your question on the wrong section, next time be careful on that.

Is there any EASY way to install the WW version? I tried looking here in the forum's, but I was a bit confused, so I thought it was better to ask here.
And also after installing the Global version, will I be able to receive auto updates like usual?

Yeah I saw that guide, but it talks about edl mode, and I honestly don't know what it is or if my phone will have it. How can I know that before buying?
I'm sorry if my questions sounds stupid, but I know basically nothing about those kind of things

Then it's actually better off to find a WW version (International) rather than go through the hassle and headache of converting one. Asus made it difficult over the year for conversions, and especially on the 5S - the conversion us not yet a 100% successful.

Sad to hear, WW ones are way more expensive and much harder to find I would try to go for the conversion, but if it's not 100% successful, that's a problem. What happens if the conversion don't go the right way? Does the phone bricks, or it simy stays the way it is?

rog 5s flashing into ww firmware will prompt hardwarestub services, there is no way to solve it now. rog1/2/3/5 can be converted perfectly, there is no prompt.

If you have android deloater tool then you can stop hardwarestub service promt on display. i did it and it doesn't showing display until hard reset phone.

Also, the IN2019 is buggy on roms bc of hardware diffs and I don't want to troubleshoot every little issue everyone has, tired of getting so many pms though, if you really need help, try to find our telegram channel, I can't post the link to it here bc it pisses off the mods.

If you want to, I don't really have any opinions on it, I just don't want to be responsible for another thread of future problems .
I have run into all kinds of odd walls that the normal Samsung phone apparently doesn't have issues with. I am still trying to figure out a bunch of things to get everything to work right. Bought this oneplus 8 because I read that they are unlockable but now am finding they work just a little diff.
In this post, a user has found a way to unlock the bootloader. I can confirm it successfully works and I have currently flashed crDroid 8 on my IN2019.
