Full Covarage S3 Tempered glass on Ebay? - Samsung Gear S3

Hi guys.
Been looking for a Tempered glas wich can ship to Sweden with full covarage on ebay without any luck.
Bught several types and they where all "small" and have an anoying gitch in between
I know that there are some Full covarage. But could you please point out some that you have tested ?

I have this from Amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LQS1198/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Thanks, im not so good with amazon, will see if i find that one on ebay. i have seen many like it and even might have bought the same. but older " versions" since this one claims that its new ver.

I bought a 3 pack off eBay Australia when I first got my Frontier, have not had to change from the first one yet and no change in sensitivity or appearance.

I use this one by sparin. fit is excellent and i tried about 8 different ones. as close to gapless as possible on this and im still on my first one. no matter what there will be a slight halo effect around the border. this is absolutely the ones to get.

You don't need any cover glass on watch. It's just a waste of money. The gorilla glass Sr+ is like sepphire ,can't be scratched easily.Same thing on your phone, don't waste your money for a glass cover.

Bit late, but tempered glass is always a good idea. Even sapphire scratches https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvlYOOLmxgw

Of course sapphire can be scratched, but what you have to do with your Watch screen sharp the nail

To be honest, with this phone it will be useful to get a battery especially if you are planning a long journey or trip.
I am currently using puch from G1 -- it's a bit loose, but better than nothing.
Hoping I can find N1 pouch some time soon(ish).

Possible stupid question
Does using a screen protector degrade the touch screen performance?
I used to have a T-Mobile Vario II and never used a protector and got away with it. The phone went in my pocket and did clash with keys and things occasionally, no detectable damage though.
Do screen protector users let their children out to play? Or are they correct to take care?
Tom
Not at all i notice no difference using a screen protector.
i like the look of this one

I have just ordered this one -- for that price + free delivery it can't go wrong
However, I hope I can get my hands on Nexus One pouch some day.
Great, I can't order the official ones from play.com because they only deliver this product in the UK. Really, I mean, reallyyyyyy?

Just bought it for £9.95 just need my desire now
Screen protector from Amazon UK (not tried it myself):
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Vikuiti-DQC-160-screen-protector-Desire/dp/B003CAQAAY/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1269823681&sr=8-1-fkmr0
I've ordered the Vikuiti ones and they are not good. From what I can see the cut-out is just a simple rectangle, it will not cover the full glass area of the phone but probably only the part that is actually displaying something. I find that utterly useless.
Now I've ordered the ones from BoxWave where they show how they did the cut-out on their website. That's the way it should be done...

There are a few on eBay claiming to be for the Desire but you can clearly see they dont match all the openings, eg, the flash.
Got this one - didn't really like it. Found it too stiff/hard.
If anyone wants to give it a go, I'll mail it for free within EU.
Whoever PMs me first with their address, gets it
EDIT: case was given-away to er_yeah.
i have just got a mofi case for £4.95 it seems fairly universal size but it is lined with micro fiber so it cleans your phone when you put it in.

Surely, you can get the nexus one silicon case (the ones that dont have the bottom covered where the desire buttons would be). They are practically the same size, give or take fractions of a mm here or there.
Anyone found a good silicone cover/skin yet?

Screenprotector

Hi all,
Even the fact it is going to take a few weeks, i already ordered a screenprotector.
Brando Ultra Clear Desire HD for 9 euros. I can say Brando has good screenprotectors, so I think this will be a good one
After a year or so, i will remove it. Does the protector affect the touch/feeling/screen typing btw?
screenprotector
If you look at the film at http://www.pdashop.nl/product/61611/brando-screenprotector-htc-touch-hd.html, you will see (towards the end of the Iphone part) that the phone seems to respond very quickly
I've used a few kind and my fave is Marin Fields - good screen protection but screen is still vibrant with colour.
There are four listed here:
protectionfilms24.com/screen-protectors/desire-hd-29798.html
Not sure about the quality of any of them, does anyone have any ideas?
There are so many products on the market at the moment, very hard to filter out which are the best products/brands for the money.

ordered these get very good comments here

"I can say though that the fit is perfectly cut and covers the whole screen which includes the touch sensitive buttons. It has 2 sides to peel which I liked, she used a credit card and it scratched the top of the protector and then we went....fhew..the top layer peels off and it looks perfect, one bubble on the edge that came out easily and it doesn't dull the screen at all, very impressed with it, so much so I order one..."

They do have them now. I ordered one last week and got it deliverd yesterday. Haven´t had the time to put it on yet. From what if seen you realy have to take some time to apply the protector.
As soon as it´s on for a few days I´ll post a review with my experience.
Yes, I know. I ordered a couple last week.
I ordered my brando ultra clear yesterday, got them today. 2 for 16 euro's. So a little cheaper then 9 euro's. Now I only have to wait for my DHD, what will probably be next week
Zaggs are in!
Zaggs are in stock for DHD..

I had one of these on my HD2 and loved it, and in case you were wondering - I dont work for mobile fun

Best cheap ebay protectors ?

I am looking for a cheap (2 dollar) 2-3 pack of clear protectors for the DHD.
If you are happy with your cheapos, could you please give me a link to the seller ?
Sometimes cheap are OK, you may just need to renew more often, it depends on how rough you treat it or how sharp your finger nails are:

just so you make an informed decision, the Terrapin screen protectors you see on ebay are nothing better than generic screen protectors. I paid a little bit more to see if they were any good, but they are the same as cheaper ones

yes, they are different on each side, and after going through 4 to get the perfect fit, i have realised that they arent shaped perfectly to the phone and so you get a line of bubbles with the first ones you apply - good thing i got a pack of 6!
I have just bought cheap one with gel cover (2.99£) and got a lot of bubbles ;-)
First time I had only one so tried again and now got about 10-12, ha ha.
Recieved another 8 (1.99£) and will try again.
I have had four iPhones and used only cheap ebay screen protectors, they are not that bad on the end.
Anyway, I am gonna buy some good one and see what the difference is.
Now, screen is bit less sensitive, which is good as before it was little overreacting.

i was just coming on to write a review of these being no good... i saw your post...turns out i've fitted my first one upside down
Never trust ebay protectors, instead try BSE or ZAGG which are proven that they are trustworthy.
I've got a zagg one and it feels rubbery. It fits very well, but I honestly preferred the cheap one I had before
Sent from my Desire HD using XDA App
I got the ones called BlueCosto sold by a user called "fastersale", it was 3 screen protectors for 1 USD including free shipping. They fit very well, except that they might be .5mm off on the corner curves but its not noticeable. I used one for a few test runs to get it right and I could wash off any dust by running water over the sticky side. They also included some cloth to clean the screen with. For a dollar I'm happy as, I tested the protection by scratching it with my keys and it didn't leave a mark
Here:
cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180582582161
I'd forget the ultra cheapies and spend a couple of pounds more on these....
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140467787932&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT
I got 2 packs.
I tried all the cheap ones on my Touch HD and the official HTC ones were miles better for a couple of £s more. Plus they last 6+ months even with the heavy wear I give my screens. The cheapies needed changing every month.

Case Logic pouch

I bought this Case Logic pouch 12 hours ago since i am in desperate need of a "temporary" case/pouch for my beloved tab+. Temporary since i'm waiting for better accessories for our tab+ (folio cases and other cases for the original tab just won't fit to ourtab+). But this Case Logic pouch looks just so professional and simple that i might decide to make it "permanent". I don't know what kind of filling was used to make the foam, but it sure feels secured enough to save the tab from dropping. I was informed that this pouch is also temperature smart. I don't know what that means. Anyways, the outer texture feels great too. Btw, it costs 599 pesos (14 USD or 11 EUR). The photos were taken with my tab+.

wow that's a good buy for a total of 4 USD or roughly 200 pesos. I hope screen protectors and folio types for our tab+ be released already.
@diospada11
maybe you're interested with this case.. i got it at parksquare makati this morning..
this is the only case they have.. the have a matte screen protector.
Php450 for the case
Php250 for the matte screen protector.
@aperture that looks nice! i will have to find out how to go to parksquare from las pinas. anyways, is the screen protector properly fit on the tab+? how about the cut for the earpiece and camera?
i tried looking for the "right" screen guard all over our area (town center, south mall, puregold jr., festival), but they still don't have the proper screen guard for the tab+. however, it's so weird that they already have the ones for the 7.7. which btw, is still not yet officially released anywhere.

quality is quite okay for its price. im surprised how it fits well with my P6200..
what i like about this case it that its slim and not that bulky..
you can try checking this site for more details of the case.. http://bit.ly/uLJLOa
inside parksquare there's a flock of cellfone stalls in the middle. the cellphone stall is adjacent to a small BPI stall with an ATM machine and just right beside a charcoal and painting stall.

$6 GLAStR Tempered Glass

http://youtu.be/q-0m4BBLVs8
I bought one for $9 but noticed that the seller on ebay has reduced the price to $5.87.
I'm not sure if it's fake, but I suspect most of these are manufactured in the same place.
The screen protector came in a plain brown box with no dust cloth or alcohol wipe, but I didn't pay $39 and those extras aren't worth that much upcharge.
The printed instructions on the packaging say, "GLAStR" but I suspect it could be fake. In any case, it works just as well as the real one and for $6-$9 I can replace it at any time and not be worried about the cost.

Sorry, I didn't post that part because I like to keep my videos short and to the point.
But to answer your concerns, it feels just like a regular screen without screen protectors.
That's the benefit of glass and the clarity is unmatched.
I hate sticky screen protectors like skinomi and xtreme guard and don't like the tackiness on those types.
Dry install ones like Spigen are what I usually used, but even those eventually start to show scratches and dont have complete clarity.

Great video and very helpfull.
I can confirm that these ARE THE SAME AS SGPs GLAStR, it is from the same factory :good:
How do I know? I have the sample sitting on my desk
