I'm usig these on a S4 i9505 with a modded rom:

Guy i m on S7 edge, try to install Sound and Shot mode , but sound not work..only take a normal picture...Normal?

I have just installed it on S7 Edge (stock Nougat) and unfortunately it does not work. The option appears on screen and you can even take the pictures but after taking them the screen remains black and you cannot go further
Why have they removed this mode from the S7? It was for me one of the coolest camera features of the S4/S5/S6... this sucks

PS: If it was previously working, I suppose the update of the S7 to Nougat caused the app to not work anymore.
The question is: Can anyone with an stock S6 updated to Nougat rextract the app and upload it again? It would be great.

Help Required : Galaxy S6 Display in Galaxy S7

Hello Guys,
I know this is very unusual question for you but I need your expert help. Last 2 days back my Galaxy S7 display got broken and I went to my nearest service center of Samsung. But unfortunately Galaxy S7 is not available in my country and the accessories as well. My phone was brought from abroad and I am using it in Bangladesh. I went another service center and they offered me to set Galaxy S6 display in my Galaxy S7. In that case I accept the proposal and they setup S6 display in my S7. Now my set take restart when I open multi app in my mobile. So my question is, is there any solution for that? I have checked that both of the mobile display is same. Then why this problem is there? Thanks for your earliest reply.

Have you tried updating your device ? Try that and tell us if the problem persist. Install a stock Rom from sammobile or a custom Rom from here.

Do all the wipes and try with stock rom. And see if the problem persists

Not sure how they crammed an s6 display into your s7 when the replacement screens are fused to the front glass, plus the s7 display has a slight curve on the sides. Anyway while the resolution might be the same on both screens the s7 is a newer screen with different brightness/colors and possibly different power requirements, this might be why its crashing when you're opening multiple apps.
Btw s7 displays are available on ebay.

Dude. Just F.U.C.K.I.N.G flash the phone already.. you won't never know if it will solve the problem unless you F.U.C.K.I.N.G try God damn it flash a damn sammobile stock firmware on your device and see if that helps if not then flash a nougat rom. If that doesn't work just change the LCD for a s7 one.

No. It is not tripped yet

How is this even possible? Are the pcb connectors identical for both phones? Can you upload a picture of your phone? Specifically where the LCD Glass meets the sides. As well as a front profile with the screen on.

Sorry for late reply. My mobile is now in good condition without doing anything. It automatically get resolved the restart problem. I got the 302MB update from Samsung and now the speed increased as well. Thanks all for your support.

Install as normal APK. No root needed for most of the apps.
Do not install Contacts app, it will prevent you from receiving calls.
To install the new AOD, you must clear data and cache for it after install, otherwise it will crash.
Do not install Camera - it will crash sometimes.
Wrongly installed updates can be removed with Package Disabler Pro by clicking on the app name and selecting Silent uninstall.
I take no responsibility for any damaged, crashed phones and/or lost data.

Not yet, but don't install the samsung keyboard because it will fail and your phone will have some act weird

There are some xml files referencing infinity wallpapers in SystemUI.apk for each color

Updated Samsung Apps

Hi Guys,
Here is a compilation of most recent apps I have sucessfully installed on my S7 flat with stock Nougat and NOT ROOTED.

Just install them as normall APK.
Regarding the newest AOD, after installing the update, go into Settings > Applications find the app and clear cache, clear Data and reboot.
Regarding the S8 Launcher, you will see 2 files.
Try installing the TouchWiz home_com.sec.android.app.launcher first and if that doesn't work install the other one.
Regarding the S8 Weather, you have to install the 2 files.
These apps are just normal updates to our stock apps downloaded from APKMirror

Yes, you go to settings > applications find the app, then on top right corner you have 3 dots, click and choose unistall updates.

Quick question. What's the difference between touchwiz20home and touchwiz home? Or so you need to install both?

You just need to install one file but for some devices of one file doesn't work there is a second option therefore the 2 files

You have camera apk in archive - is it s8 version or what?

It's an update to S7 although I couldn't see any difference. See for yourself

can't see the reason for why not.
All apps are oficial updates so apart from the newest version (S8) all should work. At least they all worked with me.
Please note that I'm no developer. I just compiled the newest apps for our phones (S7 Flat and S7 Edge)

I just got the Oct security patch and still no AR update. Just wondering if it's carrier related or if anyone else is still missing it. I've got unlocked U1 software but my carrier is AIO cricket? Thanks

Not sure if you have installed the app provided by the a member 2 post above if you did please uninstall it, go to camera/stickers you will find right above the stickers an icon + or my emoji then press it and update the app and you should be able to use my emoji creator

No nothing there, only thing is live stickers still. It hasn't been listed in any of the software update details either.

Sorry to hear that, you might get it probably this month. Carriers always suck with updates. Try the link above and download it manually for me it didn't work so i uninstalled it
