[Q] How can I make Google Play realise that some apps are not installed anymore?

When visiting the Play Store website on my PC, I can see that it thinks that some apps are installed on my phone. This (https://i.imgur.com/7Fs3Dbe.jpg) is how it looks like. Those green check marks in the bottom right of each app indicate that the app is installed. Well, they were on my phone, but they are not anymore. Every app that I have ever downloaded shows up as still installed.
Can I mark them as not installed?

snapchat crashes

hello, let me tell you the story about the day my snapchat stopped working.
I got an app called Emoji Switcher to change my android looking bloby emojis in to the IOS kind. I then got on snapchat to test out my new looking emojis, however, after a few seconds of getting on snapchat, it suddenly crashed. It gave me too options: Report, and close. I tried report, but it then said that google play service has crashed. Help meh please, snapchats my lyfe .
I also downloaded older versions of snapchat and got the same results
I have not used snap chap. I always first start by clearing the cashe in the app itself. Then if that didn't work I Un install and re install the program. The fresh install should work after clearing the cashe.

How To Fix Unfortunately Snapchat Has Stopped on Android:
Step#1: Open Settings on your Android device.
Step#2: Now tap on More tab. [ I am using Galaxy Note 3 ]
Step#3: Tap on Application Manager form the list.
Step#4: Now select All Application by swipe to left.
Step#5: There you’ll see all your installed apps, Tap on Snapchat.
Step#6: Now all you have to do tap on Clear Cache and Clear data.
Step#7: Now goto home screen and restart your device.
All Done ….
If this method is not working for you then you have to uninstall the Snapchat app and install the latest updated version from Google Play. If by any means still you are facing the same issue, i think you should try to install the old version of Snapchat app that will help you to get rid of Unfortunately Snapchat Has Stopped.
If this dosent work out try re installing the smae

System partition size

Is the size of my system partition correct? I can't flash GApps or anything else with this small free space.
It is normal. I have only 16 MB remaining...

But the problem is, EMUI 8.0 comes with AppGallery instead of HiApp which doesn't contain the Google Play Store. So, when I had upgraded to Oreo, I wanted to flash OpenGapps and I encountered two errors:
1. I couldn't get the twrp working (the one that came from Huawei Multi Tool bricked my device)
2. Even If I could get twrp and flashed OpenGapps, it would show me insufficient storage error.

Strange. When I upgraded to Oreo I was able to easily download Google Play Store and get it working.

Ikr. The AppGallery on my phone contained absolutely no Google apps except Youtube. And, even if it had Play Store, installing it from AppGallery would install it as a normal app, not a system app. Wouldn't that cause problems?
I noticed that Play Store,Gmail,Youtube doesn't do works in background For example, when I choose to update all the apps of Play Store and my phone goes to sleep the updates stop running in the background. Gmail only shows me notifications of new e-mail when I actually open the app itself. Could these be because the apps are not system apps?

Installing as non-system app won't cause any problems with Play Store. There's a reason Huawei served it through its App Store to ensure it is installed correctly. The rest of Google Services are already included in EMUI 8.
About your apps getting killed in background, that's obviously because they are non-system apps. That's how Huawei power management works. But you have the option to set apps to not close even if your screen is locked. The option is in Settings so find it

What if I were to make them system app (App Systemizer module from Magisk) instead of changing that settings?

App not Installed

whatever app i install without using play store doesn't install. i get the same error everytime 'app not installed' . not able to install asphalt 9 from play store because of inconsistent network and downloaded from apkpure but still 'app not installed' . this problem was never in my previous devices. any way to solve this problem?
I have exactly the same issue, have enabled special access right in settings for related app but still doesn’t work
Just an update, after I uninstalled the default file manager and I stall another one, it seems to work fine now.

wallet app issue

Hi all,
I've been using Wallet app (by budgetbakers) on P40 pro for a few months already. I originally downloaded the app from the Huawei store but accidentally updated to the "latest" version through Aptoide store (pic attached). Since the update app crashes immediately on start and seems like it's not compatible with the phone. From the app info it says it`s certain version 4121 for Samsung (pic attached) even though latest version of the app is 83.111.
It wont allow me to downgrade the app manually either, gives me error message that I`ve been using newer version( pic attached)... Is there any workaround that will help me save and backup my inputs? Or my only hope is that a next version will overwrite this bs and allow me to open the app.
I really need dis dam data...
