[ROOT] Blocked from internet? Renew trial for free limited WiFi access? *Solution* - Android Apps and Games

WARNING: THIS IS ILLEGAL IN SOME PLACES.
If you are blocked from the internet at any place like the library, or school, or anywhere else here is the solution to getting unblocked.
First, you MUST be rooted to even attempt to do this. If you aren't rooted use Kingo root or Iroot. If neither work then just PM me and i will help you.
Second, after you are rooted you go to the app store and download the app Mac Changer .
When the app is finished downloaded make sure that you have backed up everything n your device via recovery on a SD CARD (regular storage can be used).
What this app does is change you MAC address and changing your MAC address can mess your device up in a way if done incorrectly.
An issue that some people have are bootloops or bricks etc.
If you follow everything in this guide then you will be fine. Third open the app and Grant SU access then it is pretty straight forward after that put in a new Mac Address
and Save. ONCE YOU RESTART OLD MAC ADDRESS WILL RESTORE
That's it thanks for reading my guide

Root Huawei U8652 Success!!!

Several people have been asking for help to root the Huawei U8652 (i.e. AT&T GoPhone Fusion U8652). After a little work, I figured out how to get this to work.
All previous users were having problems utilizing known techniques to root other Huawei phones of similar design.
Seems that the good folks at AT&T used a little trick to block the fundamental layers by which the root kits were using to gain access. It appeared that the phone had disabled certain logging features that would allow one to root the phone.
Here is how to do it (keep in mind you are doing this at your own risk, I am not responsible for any problems that you may encounter):
1. You need to install the latest Android SDK (search google for latest version)
2. download unlockroot v2.3
3. Follow the instructions and make sure that you have set your Settings > Development > USB Debugging box checked. I also set Unknown sources checkbox on.
4. Type in the following code on the phone keypad
*#*# 2846579 #*#*
This will open up the Service Mode
Go to Project Menu > Background Settings > Log Settings
Turn on Log Switch and set Log Level Settings to Verbose
go back one screen
Go to Dump and Log and place a check in all log settings.
Reboot the phone
Once rebooted use UnlockRoot and root you phone.
Confirm success by using a Terminal app from the marketplace (free) and when you open a terminal type su at the $ prompt. It will ask if you want to install SuperUser, accept. The terminal prompt should now read # instead of $ which means you are a root user.
Good Luck!
Tried your method but says "Not find devise"
i did it worked on huawei u8652 thanks dude
It Really Works, My Huawei is Finally Rooted. Thx
Thanks
Thanks, worked first time. Now to ADB and remove the ATT bloatware.
No device detected
Followed your guide but when i got to unlock root it would say that no device was detected but i had enabled usb debugging and the log files.

HUAWEIu8652
I have tried and tried but when I read the compatibility version 2.3.5 is not listed.
Thanks
Update: Got it to work with superOneClick.
Worked like a charm on my daughters phone! I used superoneclick 2.3.3.
Ok so I downloaded SDK manager , put the cell on debugging mode also did the *#*# 2846579 #*#* step but when I connect my phone to de pc it doesn’t come up on superoneclick or ultra lock . Is there any particular package that I must download from SDK manager? Or am I missing any step in the proses? I have Android 2.3.5

It will tell you all you need to know. Make sure not AV software is running and that you are running it as admin on windows. I know it's scary but it's what's required to make it work. Good luck.

Thank you very much man. I watched the video on the button and did exactly as it says. Once I connected the phone, in the general tab I pressed the Root button and it worked its magic. It works on 2.3.5, I used SuperOneClick2.3.3
Worked for me!
This process worked for me. UnlockRoot did not recognize my device on the first try, but after restarting my computer it went off without a hitch. Followed up the rooting with bloatware removal, now this phone is a true value. Thanks!
UPDATE: I purchased another one of these phones for my mother to introduce her to the world of smartphones. I rooted it using this method and it went pretty well. UnlockRoot did not recognize the device on the first try, but eventually picked it up and took care of business. I'm a noob to rooting and the android OS, so I figured I would pass along the easy method I went with to remove the AT&T bloatware. I downloaded link2sd (which is free) and after gaining superuser permissions, I used the "convert to user app" function on the bloatware. I then was able to move those apps to the SD card and then uninstall them. This might not be as efficient a process as using root explorer to delete the files, but for a noob it was much safer. I was able to free up over 70 MB of internal memory which finally allowed me to install more apps to the SD card.
SuperOneClick 2.3.3 worked for me. Awesome!
How do you reboot the phone?
I have a question:
How do reboot a huawei U8652 phone?
I need to know in order to continue...
worked like a charm!! thanks now i hope there a rom fo this phone.

SOLUTION!!
Ok, i've been searching for month how to spoof MAC address on our device, but anybody helped me.
So i've tried all possible steps to change the MAC address and finally i've done it!
Here's the procedure i've followed:
1. (Requirements) Have a rooted device. (i don't know if busybox is required but in doubt, install it)
2. Install a file manager (Root explorer reccomended)
3. Go in settings, wifi, tap the three point at bottom right, advanced, and disable "scanning always avaible"
4. Open Root Explorer and go in this directory: /sys/devices/fb000000.qcom.wcnss-wlan and you'll find a file called: "wcnss_mac_addr"
5. Open "wcnss_mac_addr" with text editor
6. you'll see only your current MAC address. You can just edit it (edit only last digit recomended) and Save changes.
7. Disable and re-enable Wifi, and you've just edited your MAC address! Enjoy
Important: The Mac address will restore as default everytime you reboot your phone.
sorry for the basic english because i'm italian, if you have any question please ask me.
I hope i've helped you.

[Completed] [Q] Linux Deploy Help

Hi, I have successfully installed Kali Linux on my LG G3 using Linux Deploy and VNC viewer. I am successfully able to use everything, but I am relatively new to Linux. Still, I was able to switch to root in the terminal. I also tried creating a new account, giving it root access, and then switching to it, which I was able to do, again only in the terminal. However, even if I had root access in the terminal (confirmed by "whoami"), it seemed that I did not have any other root privileges. For example, everything, including the desktop, was read only. I tried switching users using the gui and that did not work at all. I also tried to open the root folder under computer and I wasn't able to do that either. I have tried changing the preferences in linux deploy to log me in as username "root," but I think even then I am logged in as a user that is named root... not the actual root administrator. If anyone could offer some guidance with this situation that would be great. I have spent a lot of time searching google and more to find the solution to this problem, but I haven't had any success. Thanks in advance.
I'd also like to add that some normal commands were not accessible in the terminal even though it said that I had root privileges. Therefore, I could not get done what I would like to even if I were to do everything in the terminal .

[Q] Problems with M755 Kid

Hello,
I bought for my kid Q-MAX (unknown brand) M755 KID tablet. It seams to be the same as the one by the Beneve brand.
1. Google Play starts with the window "no connection". I tried removing cache, installing new one from the apk, changing the date and time, location, but nothing works.
2. Then I found solution that requires root. I tried towelroot but it does not work on the device. For another rooting methods, I need to enable USB debugging and root it from PC. I have found oneclickroot.
3. Unfortunately, Windows does not recognize my tablet. It displays that it is M755 KID (i can transfer files, but there is a yellow triangle with a ! in the device manager).
I even tried factory reset (I added my account several times), but that does not work either.
Help? I do not know where to go next.

Yellow triangle in device manager, means drivers are not installed, could try installing generic adb drivers
see [Guide] Install drivers for any device using Pdanet by droidiser
Universal Naked Driver Solves Your ADB Driver Problems on Windows
There are several root methods here. http://www.xda-developers.com/root/
Google Play starts with the window "no connection". Check time zone, time and date.
Because there is not a specific forum for your device, this thread will be moved to general/help
I did manage to install the drivers in the meantime. It has rockchip chip, so somebody here: arctablet.com/blog/forum/firmware-development/rockchip-released-an-easy-driver-installer/[/url] gave the link to the drivers that work. Generic drivers don't.
I tried framaroot, oneclickroot, kinga root, towelroot and some more, all without success.
I did set date and time and time zone, but that does nothing. Automatic or manual, clearing cache...nothing - no connection.
The solution I have found is to write into hosts file: 127.0.0.1 localhost, but when I read that file, it has exactly that in it, so that does not work either. Maybe if I would delete the file, but I cannot gain root access.
So I am completely stuck.

Most android devices are rootable by one or both these options.
These are made by Chinese devs, not open source, so whether they are safe or not is Unknown.

[Completed] [Issue] Samsung Galaxy Core Prime SM-G360V - Mac Spoof/Change

Forenote: I believe I am in the correct forums section but If I am not, please redirect me. Thanks.
My phone is rooted. I have kingroot installed.
I am trying to spoof my mac address on my android for wifi. I have downloaded just about every app on the Playstore that has to do with automatic MAC spoofing/changing. I have gotten two apps to work. The app "MacSpoofer" (and another app I cannot remember) that have appeared to change my mac address, but when I try and use the internet I cannot connect to anything.
It says I have correctly spoofed my mac, and it displays two mac addresses; my original mac address, and then below it, it shows the new mac address that it has given me to use, but when I try to connect to the internet on the wifi it cannot connect to anything.
If anyone has a solution to my problem or another app I could use from the playstore that would work with my phone, or a guide I'd appreciate it.
Hi,
Here is the section for your device, http://forum.xda-developers.com/t/galaxy-core-prime
You could ask there for help. My guess though, is that since you rooted with kingroot, you still have a write protected system, and therefore can't accomplish this. Just a guess though, as I don't know about your specif device. The folks in the section above do though.
Maybe this could help too, http://www.xda-developers.com/spoof-your-mac-address-the-easy-way/
Good luck!
