Xposed framework doesn't work on my OnePlus One OPO - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, I'm not new in flashing and rooting but this time, after root, trying to flash xposed I obtain, or a bootloop if flashed from recovery or and error if installed by application.
I'm working on OPO with the last stock ROM and with:
Twrp 3.1.0-0.bacon
Xposed-v87-sdk23-arm.zip
Before of this flashing I had xposed installed yet but I removed it to bypass some detection from some app.
Now it is impossible to restore it.
Error in the xposed app is: MV: can't rename '/system/bin/ app_process32': device or resource busy Error 1 occurred
What to do?

You need to uninstall xposed app, then flash xposed.zip then install xposed app.
Use systemless xposed for roms which do not support xposed/bootloops.

Thanks
Thanks very much, I solved using systemless exposed!!!

Can't install the latest Xposed Framework (v86) on my G930W8

So I'm currently trying to install the latest (v86) version of the Xposed framework on my Samsung S7 g930w8. I am able to install TWRP (3.0.0) using Odin 3.11.1 just fine and also no-verity-opt-encrypt. My current version of SuperSU is v 2.68. The issue arises when I try to install the Xposed framework after installing these two. I used the app Hardware Info to determine that my processor is an arm64 one so I downloaded the according version of Xposed Framework. I've installed the Xposed Installer but I am currently unable to use it because it states that I don't have any version the Xposed framework installed so I should flash it using a recovery mode. Before attempting to use TWRP to do that, I figured I'd give Flashfire a shot. Everything went perfectly fine up until the point where my device rebooted after installation. At that point, my screen froze at the "Samsung Galaxy S7" logo and refused to go any further. In the top left corner "Kernel is not seandroid enforcing" can be seen much like whenever I boot into recovery mode. I tried rebooting to recovery and then doing a restart, but the problem continued to occur. I eventually gave up on Flashfire and instead opted to do it manually so I flashed back to default, reinstalled TWRP and this time did the installation of Xposed directly through there. To the same effect, the process completed and after rebooting to the Samsung logo screen, the process and froze and refused to go any further.
Any ideas as to how I can get Xposed working on my phone?
Any help is appreciated.

I just found out about this and proceeded to return to stock flash and then install SuperSU followed by the systemless version of Xposed. Thankfully, it worked, however I'm having another problem. On the Xposed installer, there is a yellow warning sign and in yellow text under it, it reads "Xposed Framework version 86.2 (Systemless by topjohnwu) is installed, but not active. Please check the logs for details.". This is preventing me from installing any modules because every module says that I require a newer XposedBridge version and thus can't be activated. The log message is:
"Cannot read log/data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/log/error.log: open failed: ENOENT (No such file or directory)"
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I'm not exactly sure in all honesty. If you're referring to TWRP then yes but aside from that, I didn't install anything else (unless that's what the no-verity-opt-encrypt.zip image is). I do have some apps to install images (Rom Manager by CWM and Flashfire, both of which I tried to install the Systemless Xposed with but got the same error.

Install Xposed without flashfire or recovery. (Easiest Method)

As Xposed was officially released for Nougat here is the guide to install on our device with September update ofcourse.
1. First download Xposed Installer from xposed official XDA thread. Below given link.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
2. Open the app and just tap install the latest version available.
3. Then give root access and press reboot when asked after installing process is done.
4. After reboot done.
Then You can Install Gravity Box for Nougat by following below link
https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/app-gravitybox-v7-0-0-tweak-box-android-t3653953
Wrong link ...
I got the correct link but i am getting this error while trying to install

Hi, are you still receiving OTA with rooted and Xposed installed?
It seems TWRP disables OTA
I don't mind stock recovery, just need Xposed and OTA
Also, Magisk is optional for me. Don't really need it now

You won't be able to apply OTA with root. If you perform system modification (like in this guide), you'll have to flash whole system.img before applying new OTA. With Magisk and systemless Xposed it's enough to restore stock boot from within the app to apply OTA.

Please carefully watch these steps to root..your phone...
Then we are gone for xposed..

It's working perfectly...
Screenshot prof...
is this module works for you?
they say it works for Nougat too
https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/mod-fingerprint-enabler-t3411066
when screen is locked by third party app (some launcher, 3rd party tile, etc) fingerprint on Mi A1 cannot unlock the phone.
that module enables that.
Tried as you wrote: flashed the xposed zip file using flashfire -> reboot -> xposed framework wasn't installed.
Then I tried to install xposed framework using the xposed app -> worked
=> Just install xposed installer apk and install xposed framework using the app.

This is the answer to all having magisk and trying to get Xposed
I just did the following procedure:
flashed official rom with miflash,
booted to rom,
intalled second october OTA update (75mb),
booted twrp with "fastboot boot recovery.img",
and then:
installed magisk 14.4
installed magisk manager,
installed systemless xposed module from within magisk manager,
and finally installed material design xposed installer
(with reboot between each step)
and finally i have magisk root and working xposed.
If i select magisk core only mode (witch disables magisk modules) it passes safetynet and theoretically i can install OTA updates (i think xposed -systemless or not- does not pass safetynet)

Of course they works. Every module works, but not GravityBox. It can't work on an heavy Android modification like EMUI as far as I know, so unless that there's a way to make it work while on SuperSU, it isn't possible to use it on EMUI (as stated in module description on Xposed repo).

Your boot.img looks already patched by a superuser app... You didn't uninstalled SuperSU in the right way, or you're trying to flash Magisk over SuperSU. As suggested in the log, restore stock boot.img of your firmware before trying to flash Magisk, else it won't work. (Plus, try to flash latest version, V15.3, other than 13)

I've already told you how to remove supersu in the previous page dude, you need to read, not going blind.
The boot.img isn't a common file equal in every firmware, it differs by build number, region, version... begin with writing here your actual build number for extended, and I'll look for the relative boot.img (if it's available here on XDA).
