Got it the week of the Google Assistant roll out maybe 2 weeks ago, on stock Aussie .442
You must install Google App Beta Version. Language English. Than Google Assist works on the XZ.

After fresh installation of rom or after factory reset, select language english United states. It's done. Assistant will work even you are on Marshmallow.

So set my device language to English united states in the settings of my xperia xz, or in the Google beta app itself?
Also does English United Kingdom work?
Sent from Xperia XZ F8331
I also believe that you have to have your google account set to one of the countries it is enabled in (by google), US, UK, Germany etc... and set the language either UK English, US English, German etc... (my account is German but my phone is on US English and I got it about a month ago)

I'm from Bangladesh where officially EverythingMe launcher is not supported. Currently is officially available in USA, Canada & Spain. But I'm a great fan of this launcher.
Can someone kindly upload the latest version of EverythingMe launcher? The latest updated ask is released today.

Sorry for my mistake. according to Play Store,
EverythingMe is a launcher for your Android phone that delivers what you need, when you need it. It anticipates the apps, people and information you'd want, every time you pick up your phone. Currently Available in the US / UK / Spain and Germany.
The app link is:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.everything.launcher
Please anyone of that region help me.
I finally got my unlock code from Huawei and now I want to fully rebrand my Mate 9 from China Version (MHA-AL00C00) to Europe Version (MHA-L29C432) so that the phone behaves exactly as an original european phone (NO HiApp, Google Services by default, European firmware updates via OTA...)
But now I see that FunkyHuawey is now a paid service (it costs 31 usd). Is there any other way to rebrand the phone right now for free or is FunkyHuawey the only method?
You already got ur first credit, one more thread and you can rebrand for free lol

Sorry for my confusion but what do you mean? How can I check if I have any credits? And how on earth do I get credits by creating more threads???
What is special about European firmware? You can rebrand for free to C636 international firmware https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-rebrand-chinese-al00-mate9-to-t3554656
Only difference ia the pre installed applications that can be removed anyway.

Nothing special, only that I am from Europe and I would like the phone to behave exactly as if I have bought in on Europe. Thanks a lot for the guide gm007, but according to this region list C636 corresponds to Spcseas (?) (Asia Pacific, New Zealand), why do you define it as an "international firmware"? Can you confirm if with C636 version I will have the following please:
- No Chinese characters on some system apps that cannot be modified.
- English and Spanish language available for the UI.
- No HiApp and other related apps installed.
- Google Play + Google Services all preinstalled and working without any tricks.
- The same OTA updates as in Europe regarding new features and bug fixes.
Please confirm if this is available in C636. Thanks a lot gm007!

Most people just call it 'International' if it's not an AL00 firmware. It's just semantics.

+ i did the following (was written in the comments)
*UPADTE ON THIS GUYS COMMENT
Hello Guys,
I was also trying this and it did not work. Then what I did is as follows:
1. Disabled only the Google app. So it restores to factory app(non-Beta).
2. Enable it again
3. Changed the language to English US.(GOOGLE ACCOUNT,GBOARD,PHONE)- I DON’T SURE WHICH ONE
4. Now in Play store again updated latest to Beta app.
5. Cleared Data for Play service and Google App as mentioned.
6. And done. I am able to see Assistant now on my S7 edge.

Now I hope, that assistant will no more disappear :silly:

Only For Rooted Users:::
Flash this through TwRP recovery and reboot..
Enjoy.
It seems that it isn't available for devices based in the Asia Pacific region.
However, on my other Honor 6X, that is also from the Middle East, it seems to have HiGame application.
Maybe because I didn't sign into Huawei Services with the other phone?
may be you need to install Huawei mobile services first and option hi care then yu can install via hiApp the hiGames.
I think so too. I don't have it.
