So i found an app called 'firmware finder' and there was the nougat update (BLN-L21C432B342) for the honor 6x - L21 (EU)
I installed it and got nougat and emui 5
now my build number is 'NRD90M test-keys'
I dont know what this means

There's another file you have to flash, something like update_data_full_BLN-L21_hw_eu.zip . I don't remember where i got it, but if you check the Nougat beta threads you'll find it.

You have to create a folder named dload on your internal storage and put the update.app file in this folder then turn off your device, press volume up + volume down + power button and wait until it flashes.
Thats it
You have to unzip the 800+mb file and then you can put it in thatfolder

THere is a debranding guide in my signature for BLN-L22.
download the OEMINFO file from that thread and the small data zip. Flash the oeminfo file via multitool or TWRP and then small file via TWRP or dlaod and it should be fixed.

Dears, I have tried to upgrade to Android 6, but always getting error, my cus no is CUSTC199D002, which is different than the cus no in the 6.0 (CUSTC209D001),
I used the normal method for the update, from the setting --> update --> local, I have placed the dload folder in the SD card,
is there any possibility to change it, or there is workaround solution for that,

I'm not sure, but I tried to methods:-
1- Placed the UPDATE.APP in dload folder on the root of SD card.
2- now powered off phone, press the volume up + down key and the Power key but failed
3- again Settings > Updates > System updates > Local update but also failed.

Ok so the only solution right now i know is to unlock the bootloader and flash the .img files to convert your CUST.

Yeah this kinda does the job the same way i wrote but you still need an unlocked Bootloader/Root for this.

You can always lock your bootloader if you have always your unlocking code, of course.
You can also install again the B560 before to have a fresh B560 firmware in order to be clear for the new firmware.

Your bootloader is locked, right? I ask it because I wonder if there is an order to install these differents files, and I wonder if it will be easier to install it via TWRP. I looked the content of the small file and I'm not sure what it is.

Hello guys, honor8boy here.
I unlocked the bootloader on my phone and after that I flashed a custom ROM, then I was going to upgrade TWRP and thats when I noticed that FRP was locked so I couldn't flash TWRP and so I googled for a solution and found out that if I lock my bootloader and then unlock it again it would work. So I locked it again and then I was going to unlock it but it said "FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)". So now the only thing that I can access is fastboot and eRecovery (reset doesn't work).
Does anyone have any idea on how to unlock my phone or maybe flash stock firmware in fastboot mode?

Just go to recovery and factory wipe once it works
If not works even after factory reset ,just dload the second link again now it surely boots to home screen

Pv one would work with regular dload or via twrp? Just checking as haven't flash yet myself evee so woukd be handy for future

Have you received OTA in past? If so you will get this also. PV works with twrp and fullOTA-MF works with stock.
To flash ota updates you must return 100% stock. Check your model, and
1) flash stock rom for your model via tprw & vendor.zip
2) flash stock recovery
3) flash stock boot.img
4) relock bootloader
5) put "ota update".zip in internal stoarge into download folder
6) turn off wifi, reboot and click on the notification that will appear
If update fail you have something to change because you are not stock.
when i turn on it will go in Huawei eRecovery then my phone getting package info failed. what can i do? please help me! :crying:
im trying to set up adb on my windows 8 computer and i have installed the update packages but when i try a command to my phone i get an error saying "error: device not found" even tho i have it connected via usb and i have debugging on. How can i fix it?

i dont have. i cant connect in hisuite i already download the usb drivers but nothing happens.

Boot to recovery (press Volume up + power at the same time) and factory reset your phone.
If this doesn't work, use dload method to flash the appropriate firmware for ur model

Is it okay that im in fastboot mode and i use usb cable to pc, it can recognize my sd card? if i turned on my phone it always go in huawei erecovery sir. sorry for my bad english.

Whats your current build number? try dload method that is the best way to get back to phone.

Use via sdcars and flash the same or higher version. It should work

Under sdcard.
Copy update.app amd other files which you got in update.zip. extract them and copy all files

But if uodate.app failed then it may not work. Is there higher version available for your model?

the build number im trying to flash is b387 sir, but it's failed. I try to download my same build number b384. Sir can i flash lower version, like bll-l22 b150?

I use the b387 but failed then, i flash my firmware b384 and failed again sir but i try the rollback later sir.
i flash the boot.img from my firmware using flashfire sir :crying::crying::crying:
