Help Please: Sprint Galaxy S6 to Tmobile S6 Firmware Or Unlocked Firmware - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I am looking for either Tmobile marshmallow firmware or the US unlocked Galaxy S6 firmware to install via odin to switch my unlocked Sprint Galaxy S6 over.
I am not able to find a complete set of firmware files that I need which is the bootloader, modem, rom and csc home file.
Any help is appreciated.

Flashing Stock firmware on Carrier Branded S6

Hey guys, just bought a Galaxy S6 after selling my HTC One (M9).
Turns out the device is carrier branded to O2-UK.
I've read a bunch of threads where the S6 won't boot after stock firmware has been flashed with Odin, is it only with some phones or with all phones?
I want to get rid of the O2 branding and boot animation, so I downloaded a PAKISTAN firmware (since thats where I live), for my S6. However have not flashed it yet because of the stories.
Should I go ahead and flash it or will my phone be stuck on the S6 Logo as well?
The device is on Android 5.0.2 with O2 firmware, the firmware I've downloaded has Pakistan CSC and is a 5.1.1 firmware.
Device is SM-G920F.
Should I go ahead with the flash or are there some extra steps to take before flashing?

There is currently no Stock Odin flashable firmware file for this model. My advise to you is with the use of a custom rom.

Possible to flash unlocked Samsung Galaxy S6 G920A (AT&T) to G920T (T-Mobile)?

I own an unlocked Samsung G920A which I actually flashed to a G920AZ (Cricket Wireless (who is owned by AT&T)). I now want to flash to T-Mobile as I want to be able to 1. get Marshmallow. Cricket may never. 2. Be able to use WiFi calling and you can only do that with the TMO image (from what I read). I downloaded the G920TUVU3EPD1_G920TTMB3EPD1_G920TUVU3EPD1_HOME.tar and using Odin tried, but it fails.
Is it possible to flash to the T-Mobile firmware/ROM ?
If it is impossible, then I think I would want to go to the G920A again to get Marshmallow 6.0.1, then simply pop the T-Mobile SIM in, update APN, etc. Unfortunate though as the LTE bands all work. Seems sh***y it wouldn't work to use their firmware.

Unlocked Galaxy s6 flashed with T-mobile Firmware 7.0

I have a factory unlocked sm-g920t.
Unbranded from amazon.
I flashed tmobiles firmware (G920TUVU5FQE1_G920TTMB5FQE1_G920TUVU5FQE1_HOME.tar.md5 this one) from 6.1.1 to 7.0
I lost my unlock and can not unlock with tmo's native unlock application.
If someone could direct me to the correct 7.0 firmware for an unlocked g920t to flash i'd be very greatful or help me figure out what i need to do to regain my unlock carrier status.
Any help at all would really be appreciated.
:edit:
From what i've found i may have a Cellular South model of g920t, if anyone knows how i can check my phone to find out, i'd appreciate it.
Cellular South firmware worked.

Rooting my g920f on sprint bootloader

I bought a Galaxy s6 with firmware of g920F running lollipop 6.0.1 and I wish to root it but the problem is that it seems it's having a g920P boot loader. When I put it to ODIN mood product name: g920P
I don't know how to root it in this situation, please help if you have any idea on this issue
