I am still working on the thread
After the development of the AOSP for the mate 7 hit the wall I made this thread to gather the developers efforts to make this dream come to life
What we have here is a astock rom for the mate 7 all that it need is some rebooting or crashing bugs only lefted all we need is agood devoleper or two and some time for them and it can be completed
I stepped the first step to learn development but not even a close to give help
Any one can ask for help from a developer or can fix some bugs will be a great help
We have 4 places or more to ask for developers help in
Xda site and Huawei club site in both Huawei mate 7 and honor 6 section

Introduction
This project was done by gabry3795, acbka and the TheLolageMann
Source Code: https://github.com/mt7-dev/
Please note that it's a beta release and it's not intended for daily use because some important part is not working and it's unstable. So flash only if you want to test and contribute to this project.
Images
You can find images of the first build here and for current builds under the Screenshot Tab.

From pc, by using fastboot, flash boot and system images
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img

2- when you are in the folder click on shift from the keyboard and while holding it right click anywhere
3- chose " open command Window here"
4- write "fastboot" and click inter

Would it be possible for me to get a bug list for the current status of the project. Although I don't have the device I can definitely see if I could take a look at it. No promises though
There's still a way to get AOSP to the mate 7.
Last resort: Find a dev and pay him. On reddit r/android you could find devs. Perhaps if everybidy whos interested pays a minor fee, the dev is willing to help us.

FAQ
Q1: What's the difference between updating build "Cleaand "Dirty Flash"?
Clean flash - removes all your files then install the update. Dirty flash - updates your build without removing your files.
Q2: When will you release the next stable build?
See "Version Information" in this thread.
Q3: Can I try the latest beta version?
Yes, if granted by developers of this thread. No, if not.
Q4: Did you already fix the bugs present in the latest stable build?
See "Known Bugs" in this thread.
Q5: What's better for updating build? Clean flash or Dirty flash?
I recommend dirty flash. Only use clean flash when you can't update build properly.
Q6: What's the difference between this thread and other threads.
This thread is for "DEVELOPMENT and FULL GUIDE for 'UNLOCKING, RECOVERIES, KERNELS, ROMS, and OPENGAPPS' for Oppo F1 (f1f)".

You can't do anything until there's a cm15 branch anyway.
You can try and port to our device from another device if you want.
There's still actually no new links in this thread. Its all other peoples work. U say u have a beta but havent posted anything. Try and help the other dev fix the sound in the nougat kernel. Instead of just posting other peoples work here.

Yeah but you still need a los15.0 branch for the f1f device tree. Which isn't available and won't be for a long time

We don't need to wait if we will build our own branch for the f1f device tree. And actually, we are the one should make it because we are the only who develops ROM for this. And also common sense to know that "the one who develop the ROMs should make everything needed here like kernel, branch that you're saying, etc.".

Well I have my doubt's. Prove me wrong. I would have no idea how to do this.
Also I think a group collaboration would be better. One person would just be too much work.
Good luck anyway
@MiniBlu, there's your credit. :angel:
@Earthy it is obvious none of this is your work. I personally don't see a camera fix as reason enough for you to repackage someone else's work and release it yourself. Under XDA rule:
12-3. Re-releasing other's works as your own is forbidden. The code that you release into the wild must have something beyond minor aesthetic changes that makes it better than the last. As this can be subjective, kang reports will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If you feel that your code has been kanged, please contact the Dev Relations team (listed below) if you cannot solve the issue amicably via PM. Please understand that you will be asked to provide evidence to substantiate your claim;

Hey, I am am planning to flash this tomorrow first thing. In the link provided in the OP, the 'system v2' folder says to download from the porter until you upload there. I have downloaded the files from @fxsheep from the original port thread. Can I just add the 'boot+modem+vendor' files provided by you to the original files by @fxsheep and restore through twrp?
I am new to this GSI thing so need to clear this out before I take any further steps.
That's the purpose

for gapps I recommend pico, since it is "demo" build for nfc you have to flash magisk module, for magisk use 17.1 and up also don't forget to install the manager application.

My variant doesn't have nfc so I don't have to worry about that. Will try this out once I'm free. Thanks for your work!
** Breaking News **
AOSP Extended is HERE
08/11/2018:
AospExtended-v6.0-hi6250-20181108-1232-UNOFFICIAL.zip
Bugs: media works just via VLC application or similar, I will fix in next build.
Don't forget to do the following things:
1-)Reboot in TWRP and mount system, vendor and splash2 partitions.
2-)Run the following command from terminal: /sbin/sh /system/bin/releasetools.kirin970.sh
3-)Flash eRecovery and do factory reset to boot the rom properly. P.S: if boot with a fully worked twrp you don't need to flash stock eRecovery.
No screenshots? I forget to save them but see the one in the attached files

Yes but I have to fix fastboot error first.
Anyways LineageOS 16.0 cancelled, sometime boot and some time doesn't boot. I'm start getting bored of from Emui 8.x and back to emui 5.x developments that are better in certain sense.

What do you mean by flashing erecovery, you mean stock recovery right? (recovery ramdisk)

yes stock recovery, it is needed just to wipe data & cache. the releasetools.kirin970.sh can be flashed by twrp post rom installation by /sbin/sh in shell.
