Holy crap that didn't take long, bravo as I built this last night and asked Paul if I could put it up XDA and that's when I found out it was ready to hit the MZP development threads.

It asks for a password in the first boot, something related to corrupt data, but i downloaded twice and flashed twice just to be sure.

Hi there, which build date did you guys flash? Also, just curious if you originally set up your device using your fingerprints instead of a pin/pattern?

I have the same problem. I put in the code, it says decoding failed. The password is correct, but the files are damaged. Then I have the option to reset the phone. When I press it, it goes to recovery mode and wipes dalvik and system. After reboot I get the same error.

After fashing rom and first boot
Are you enabling Fingerprint security?
If trying to enable Fingerprint System will ask to set pattern first Right?
Any you Set pattern for enable Fingerprint security.
If reboot your phone
And system asking pin first to start you phone
Then fell your pattern
Your pattern is the pin
Pattern is three line
Like that
1st 1,2,3
2nd 4,5,6
3rd 7,8,9
*******************************************************************
I don't know whats wrong and where for this problem
But My MZP ask pin to start phone since stock android 6 and this time 7 Same here..

AICPAndroid Ice Cold Project
AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
If there are any bugs, either I will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

You tell...
ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy Lollipop. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Don't do it if you don't know it
ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes
KERNEL:
Kernel in this rom follows CM source with custom additions.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.
If you want to contribute to the AICP or wanna see what is being worked on/merge feel free to visit our gerrit, link is at the bottom!!!

I've tried slim and open gapps. open-zero-gapps caused the continuous settings failure upon bootup. the micro versions caused bootloops. flashing just the rom worked OK. anyone else tried a gapps yet and found one that works for them?
does the camera patch for fix the cyanpop camera works on aicp?

With the open gapps nano package i'm still getting the same behaviour.
It gets as far as "AICP is starting...", and it optimizes packages 1...90. which would be normal i guess. and at the point towards the end of that process which it should be starting the UI the bootanimation restarts, screen brightness varies, haptic feedback vibrates and this gets repeated again and again. Eventually it gets back to "optimizing packages" again, but this time its only 23 of them i think.
I've got a logcat from the whole process, its big and i'm not sure where it restarts from.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B20Jtk43TBt1WVdoYkpqV1F2bGs/view?usp=sharing
One thing of note, this phone does not have a SIM card in it. Thats the only thing i can think of that might be different between mine and someone else's.
Waiting for the camera to be fixed Awsome Work....:good:

The delta gapps recommended makes a lot of crashes. I know that gapps is the culprit and not the ROM as I tested the same gapps with other ROMs where I didn't face these problems. Using dynamic gapps solves the problem.
There's a problem in hardware button section where if I disable and enable it back, the backlit intensity gets too dim, even if I've set the value at 100.
Rest looks good ?

Well i have flashed Xenon HD today through the latest TRWP didn't face encryption issue but afterwards someone reported that his data got encrypted by flashing the same Rom.
Few days ago i have tried the AICP rom got my data encrypted but when looked into the thread some of the guys didn't faced the problem and the Dev also stated thats not a Rom issue.
3rd one, When testing AEX(unofficial) 5.0, when i flashed it using TRWP-3.1.1-0. Flashing Rom+Gapps caused Google Play FCs. So i have to flash gapps after 1st boot. When consulted with william.johhn7 he told he haven't faced the issue at all. When i compared the TRWP version, it's turned out that he was using TRWP-3.2.1 while I was on 3.1.1-0. Then after updating trwp i flashed the rom+Gapps but you know there is really no Google play FCs.
I don't know about that redwolf recovery but I think form above observations trwp versions does matter when it comes to flashing a Rom.

For whatever ROM... You have to format data completely for the first time.
I faced frequent network drop from first boot. Please find fix for this problem. Lineage os 9/11 by charan has no such problem, if possible look into his code.

Installation Instructions
ALWAYS MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP FIRST!
Coming from another rom/clean install:
Reboot to recovery, flash required firmware
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache, data
Flash rom zip and gapps
Reboot
Updating from a previous build/dirty flash:
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache in recovery
Flash rom zip, gapps and any other zips you may use
Reboot
Never dirty flash from one rom to another
Builds are rootless, so to be rooted, flash your SU of choice
Substratum support is there as long as you have the latest Substratum app.
If you have any issues, grab a log after a clean flash, upload and link here please. Add steps to reproduce the issue in your post.
Do not report issues dirty flashing this over some unofficial build or with some kernel flashed.
Logcat Extreme app is great as you can choose to start recording a log just before reproducing an error and stop recording just after so you log just the part you need.
Xposed is not supported here, if you want to run it and have issues, try an Xposed thread for support and bug reports here only welcome with a clean install with no Xposed present.
Make sure to state which rom you are running when asking for support

Where is validus?
Feels very solid, just like slim used to. I like this one more than the nougat one because tipsy branding is not permanent.
Hardware button backlight was not working. I flashed the zip for p ROM, fixed it once n for all.
My only request would be to add signature spoofing since this is unofficial at the moment. I was hoping that it would be inbuilt as gzosp base is used but that's not the case. Cheers!
Can anyone add screenshots?

Do you know if swiped/unlock is normal? I noticed on an older build by a different dev you had to swipe quite hard to unlock.

Swipe is a little problematic. Has to be pushed to the top for the phone to unlock.
I tried uploading the zip multiple times but it didn't work. And then suddenly its there. So let me see how can I share it with you.

Bluetooth calls are not working. Music works fine.
I'd hate to change it after setting up everything from scratch. Any chance that it can be fixed?

Sorry, but I'm a little confused. If Magisk is not supported, how is root access (superuser) achieved?

SIM not recognized here, tried flashing twice, same result both times. Anything I could try?
I will say, this ROM boots ridiculously fast and is ridiculously fast when up and running.
edit: re-downloded the ROM zip just in case it may have been a botched download, did not resolve.

Try looking for the APN settings for your provider, you can add the network manually if it's not being auto-detected. Your provider isn't listed on your XDA profile.
If it works when you add it manually then let the dev know the provider and settings and they can add it to the rom so it works automatically.

Unfortunately, this did not work. I had to do it manually too. The Mobile Network button is greyed out, so I went to the system app APN Editor through a third party app, and it says "Access Point Name settings are not available to this user". Working with the dev to try and figure it out.

FP is perfect no flicker.
2 options for refresh rate. Automatic change between 60 and 90. And second option force 90. Bith works perfectly
Couple of bugs I noticed:
Brightness shows 0% for a while after boot even when the brightness is changed
The numberpad for pin entry is too low, the 0 overlaps the fingerprint reader. (Can just about tap on 0 if you tap under the FP)
TWRP isn't allowing decryption with the pin entered in this rom, had to use "fastboot -w" to wipe storage. (Using TWRP 3.4.0-0)
I assume we have no face unlock on this now too?
