I bough this phone in 11/2016 on tinydeal,german warehouse,and stareted oroblems with pop adds ,comerrcials,trying phone to install some apps etc.I scanned and many AV apps found same. 3malwares,one in FILE MANAGER,2nd in XIAOMI SCWEATHER APP ,and 3rd in XIAOMI NOTEOAD APP,,and it is not possible remove any of them with malware and any AV,program,,also spy.thief.sms.de is found,and phone is bought from german warehouse,,can u help me what to do.thanks,,
Also i contacted them,but they want to get on time,once sens us video,another time no answer,etc etc,,even refund me mony to give someone to solve prob.

I have very lilttle experience so your help / advice regarding this issue would be highly appreciated.
I have a Galaxy Note 10.1 (N8020) bought here in Greece. When I saw it a store, the dialer / caller app was visible and clerk told me I could make calls from it as it 3g/4g. But to my surprise, when i bought it I realised no Dialer / caller app is visible. If I go to apllications menu in settings I can see it there as "disabled" but I am not allowed to Enable it.
Could you please give me some advise on how to overcome this?
Do I have to flash?
Please Note I have rooted my phone with Framaroot 1.6.1 and i have installed superuser PRO by CF.

I only a week ago that I have the Coolpad 9976A and since I connected to the network, it asks me to update to version 2.056 (from .048). And although it seems trivial, I do not how to do it: I'm click on OK and leaves all in Chinese, as you know, and do not ask me more.
Nothing, happens:...a dialogue on gray background, which leads to nowhere, because the system is not updated. I leave this screen restarting with a long press on the power button. Goes off first and then restart, but nothing has been updated.
Can someone guide me in this?.
I tried to contact the brand, but email address which supplied, does not really exist and returned the mail to me, also have tried to contact anovo, technical service in Europe (I'm Spanish) but I had no answer.
I do not need rooting, or anything special, if update, because at least with this firmware, important errors occur in some google apps (i buyed on aliexpress and comes with play store) as maps, navigation, weather...etc.
Please, can anyone tell me how to proceed to update this firmware?

Hi, not been here for a loong time... Just got an A5 pro (thought I'd ordered cc but nevermind.. )
I want to be able to use it without Google... But having issues with sms and other apps (WhatsApp and email clients) not giving notifications.. Anyone had any bother with this or have a solution to fix it? I followed the guide about using adb to kill the trackers n such from reddit eink sub.... But have since updated it.. Should I run these again? Or is there a way to clean the original apps of trackers?
It seems like the sms functionality just kinda dissapears and I missed some important messages.. I understand people are working on a custom rom / root with g apps... Just hoping I won't have to go that route to get sms constant..
