Can't connect to 4g on new ruu update

After updating to jcase's ruu update I can no longer receive data when on 4g only 3G. Anyone else experiencing similar issues? Any fixes?

I tried this and it worked. I downloaded the lte on/off program from the market switched my phone to just 3g and rebooted. When rebooted turned the 3g to lte only and rebooted. when rebooted turn it back to 3g/4g and rebooted and 4g was back to stay. Reboots may not be necessary but i didn't try this without rebooting.
I think I may to be on to something. Download LTE OnOff from the market. Try and toggle between CDMA auto (PRL) and lte + CDMA/edge. Run the ping test when you have the 4g signal in your status bar. If it fails, try to switch it to just LTE, if you do get a successful ping test, switch it back to lte + CDMA/edge. I'll have to see how long it lasts because I seem to be loosing full signal randomly while stationary. The bizarre thing is that it shows I have 4g signal strength, but the network is actually disconnected.
Already discussed here.
Turn off mobile data for 30 minutes, and check to see if its back on. If not, turn it back off and wait another 30 minutes. There are rolling updates in the North-East right now (Probably preparing for the LTE roll-out).

[Q] GPRS Disconnects No Data Connection

Hello,
Running into a bit of a snag with my Rogers One X. I'm on AT&T, I've set up my IMEI and SIM numbers with AT&T and I copied the APN settings directly from a stock AT&T One X. When the phone turns on from a boot mobile data works fine for a little while, around 30 mins to a couple of hours, but then it disconnects. Also if I enter airplane mode and then re-enable the radio data turns back on, but then after a while it turns off. Any ideas?
Answering my own question
I toggled to GSM / WCDMA mode only and I no longer drop the data connection.
There's no LTE in my area so this works for me.

AT&T LTE Data Issue

I have a rooted ONE XL that I have tried many ROMs with including the stock rom.
I have also relocked the bootloader and loaded the latest RUU on the phone to try and correct this issue.
What happens is the phone works perfectly until I get into an LTE area.
The phone connects to LTE and I see the signal bars register, however the data stops working on the phone completely.
The only way I can get data connection again is to make a phone call and force it down to HSPA.
Any idea on how to fix this short of changing the APN so I can't connect to LTE would be very helpful.
Thanks!

[Q] Droid Maxx on ATT

Hey Everyone,
I have searched multiple threads and google for an answer to fix the Droid Maxx issue on ATT. Whenever I put the phone on global it works fine for about 20mins getting HSPA+ then all the sudden tries to pick up 4GLTE and the phone stops working no data no phones. So I end up having to switch airplane mode on and off to get it to work again for another 20mins. I can only get it to work when I have it on LTE/GSM/UMTS and I only accept GSM networks which then sticks me on EDGE only. I tried putting in APN settings for ATT and still get the same results when its on global or GSM/UMTS both selected. Ive read everywhere that it works fine on ATT and Tmobile GSM HPSA+ Networks which it does until it tries to go onto 4G LTE network. Any advice would be great thanks!
Hmmm So I continued to look for a solution and it seems 4.4 has issues with LTE on GSM carriers. I found a nice little app that lets me turn off LTE and I am able to get HPSA+ again and no issues with calls/messages. I guess until a fix comes out I wont be able to get LTE but no biggy the battery life on the Maxx makes up for it. I could always root it and go down to 4.2 I have found some posts that said it works.
Is it fully updated?
The Dirtydee Z3
I've been using my Maxx on Cricket (AT&T towers) for a while and I'll get LTE when I first boot up the phone but after maybe 5 minutes it'll go to HSPA+ and stay there until I reboot again. Kind of weird but I haven't had any data issues period.

Lte/4g latching/locking problem

Hi guys, Im running on stock galaxy s8+ global.
However, for the past few days, my phone cannot lock or latch into 4g or lte.
Heres what I have done.
1. Install 4g locker which solve it partially by using LTE only mode. Now the problem is, i cannot receive calls because VOLTE is locked in this phone (this is another problem)
2. Now everytime I wanted to use data and surf the net, I have to lock into 4G because it is much faster and after Im done i have to change it into auto, which automatically change my line into H+ so that I can receive calls. MANUALLY.
I know I have 4g coverage. Because I can connect to 4G in 4G only mode. Just that, after i set into LTE/HSPDA/GSM, it only shows 4g for a 2 second than its changes to H+.
It really is a pain to manually set everytime here and there.
Can anyone help me?
EDIT: NVM guys. Its already fixed. What I have done is, I went to the city centre, which have extra strong 4g signal, then it fixed it self. I dont know why.
