[Q] Camera glitch

Had the phone for about 2 months, both the back and the front cameras show these green and pink lines through the screen when shooting vids and pics, even embeds them into the pictures themselves.. And since its BOTH camera lenses, I cant help but think its a software issue... Not sure though, any help ?

People have had some success with removing the battery from the phone, letting it sit for a few minutes then reinserting battery and turn phone back on.
It's an issue HTC is aware of with this phone and the Sensation.

I had that once, I had to reboot the phone and all was good..
try clearing all data on your camera through the applications folder as well, see if it helps.

thanks jsyi84, thats exactly what it was looking like.. I actually started to treat it like a pc and stopped all the services that were running... After reaching the HTC Sense service and stopping it, it restarted and the camera returned to normal. Thanks soo much I thought I was going to have to go through the hassle of replacing it...

This happenned to me twice. A simple reboot fixed the issue. I should also add that this happenned on the stock rom before I did S-off and on Undead's 3.5 senseless rom. So it could be a hardware issue too...

[PROJECT][TUT][TASKER/ZOOM] Smart Dialer + Widget - A Tasker Tutorial

I've always been annoyed by search widgets taking me away from my beloved home screen to open an app instead of simply popping up a keyboard for me, allowing me to write directly my search query, like the iPhone -I don't care if you're a fan boy or if you hate it, I like that feature, deal with it.
After trying a few widgets, I noticed that all of them insisted on launching a separate app, which obviously means two things: no cool transparency/blur effects were used, and (as a result) my wallpaper went bye-bye every time I decided to search for something.
Anyway, long story short, I decided to give a shot at making a simple widget, just the way I want it, using Zoom and Tasker. And what started as a simple input-your-text-then-click-"Go"-to-launch-the-search-app-with-your-query grew. It grew to the point that I can now present you people with an acceptable build-it-yourself! (almost) fully functional widget.

Actually I am trying to implement a very simple profile, which intercepts all outgoing calls to carry out an action (HTTP post) using the dialed number instead of actually dialing it using the phone but using simple profile it doesn't work as the variable %CONUM update is fishy (sometimes it works, mostly doesn't). I hope using your profile I can get the problem solved.

Some feed back. You need to increase the delay for staying the next sequence of flashing lights. It is far too easy to miss the first light waiting on the animation to clear.

Thanks ph37rd for your feedback. It doesn`t look like we will get the 1000 downloads anywhere near on time, but I will speak to the other team members about the flashing light delay - this is something I noticed too and we will try and rectify.

DISCUSSION : Things i obeserved which changed in New 6.0

Hello everyone,
i recently updated moto G to Marshmallow, now i have listed some problems which i am facing, so i would gather peoples opinions and confirm it
These are some improvements which i observed :
1) in the 5.1.1 wifi detection used to be problematic, but now its working fine.. it can detect any Wifi routers without any problems
2) Battery saver mode is now working Better than the 5.1.1
3) Animations improved now these are better than Those old sluggish animations when we get notifications
These are my problems which i observed :
1) Equalizer Missing ( Audio enhancements)
2) GPS problems, and Internet Connectivity issues during mobile internet ( some times it doesnt connect )
These are my points so far add your points to this Please :victory:

2. When mobile data is activated I can't see the small H or E etc anymore.
Whats up with that?

I can still access equalizer through the play music app directly but is is missing in the system settings section.
Will try the gps thing and update.

Go to settings-apps and search for Google play services.
You can try clear storage and cache.

No luck unfortunately

Try removing upgrades to Google Play Services and restart, then update it manually or wait for it to update itself.

It worked but now it's very commercial. I have to jump through hoops to get to my, now lousy and small display of my bought albums. I'm not afraid of change but this sucks. I'm still hoping there's a way to change it up.
NOT a good update, more like a step backwards. They just want mo money from subscriptions if you ask me.

What they need to do is allow bootloader unlocking and get some development going they have already slashed the price of this device in the last few days to £1500

i am able to install the GMS on HONOR Magic Pro+, everything works perfectly fine. used icebox to disable GSF, however, with disable Or without disabling, Maps integration with others apps arenot working. it keeps on saying, GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES ARE UPDATING , any idea how to fix this? i have tried many method, i feel it has something to do with Android 11 , Magic UI 5. if someone fixed it , please help
