I've tried the same rom ported to a310f and it looked like test apps have been removed from system as bloatware.
Can you tell me where i can find these rom's test app.?

Hello, I have an A-510FD Duos version. I am bored of TouchWiz UI and want a new UI without installing a launcher. Currently my phone is on 6.0.1 with the latest security patch installed. I want a step by step guide on how to root it with the latest Odin version i.e 3.12.3 as I am a noob when it comes to these things. I have never ever rooted before. Also after a successful root I want help in choosing the right ROM. I would like to upgrade to Android 7.0 and a stock Android UI like in the pixel with Google assistant if possible. Thank you

Hi. There's no 7.0 rom available for Ax10 devices yet but you'll find TWRP recovery and root
in this thread.
There's no other root option available other than flash TWRP and trip knox.

And if there is no good ROM available, what else can I do with rooting?
Okay so I had Xposed on a rooted version of 6.0.1 I then installed renovated 6.0.1 which changed my Android version to 7.0
Does this mean I can't install Xposed now?
I'm newish to the whole rooting thing, I can use TWRP and ODIN with ease, normally can suss out which roms are safe to use with my current device ect
However I'm unsure about this
Any help would be appreciated

If your rom is based on Nougat , unfortunately you cant install Xposed yet , hopefully soon
not sure about the second part of your post, do yo need help with rooting??

Ok no root help need , your custom rom is Renovate 7.0.1 then , no Xposed for Samsung Nougat yet..
Anyone have any idea if there is a custom kernel available for the samsung j7 2016 with nougat installed. something with the always on display enabled with it because iv tried different custom roms but nothing great out there mostly just the same rom with a little tweak. could someone port the RR rom for the j7 2016 version??

I update nougat 7.0 but i have problem with draining the battery
My friend tell me kernal can fix this
So i need kernal j710f(6)

I have a T-mobile Samsung On5 (G550T) that I've carrier unlocked. I brought it to Taiwan to use on the T-star network (which uses 900, 2100 and 2600 MHz frequencies), but it doesn't work. Will flashing to a different ROM let me use my On5 on the T-star network?
I saw on frequencycheck.com that
Samsung SM-G550F/DS Galaxy On5 2017 Duos TD-LTE
and
Samsung SM-G5500 Galaxy On5 LTE
are compatible with T-star, but don't know if it's a simple ROM flash, or whether the hardware itself is different.

it was awhile ago, but it was pretty standard. install rom, install magisk

That is just the label on the download site. check that the filename contains G550FY and you'll be sure its the right file

You link for G5500 is not for G5500. It for G550T and it is not 6.1 Android, instead 5.1. I know this is an older post but thought you might want to know.
While I am here looking at this. Does anyone know what the latest Android OS version you can find and install on On5 G5500? Would like anthing 8.0 or higher and don't care if it is stock or custom firmware. I can't seem to find anything above 5.1 and 6.1 doesn't seem available on the sites they say there are. A lot of dead links. I appreciate any help. Thanks

They already did. You can try HAVOC OS 2.2 . Its flawless. Faster than touchwiz. Pure android pie 9.0 experience.

I know that bro. But this rom can be installed in J710FX "J7(2016)" too. Im currently using j7 2016 with this rom. Not a single problem. Working flawlessly. You just need to flash the latest oxygen kernel right after flashing the rom for it to work in J7 2016. If there is camera or wifi problem for you, i have the required files. Flash them to fix it.

Yeah bro. I am using j7 2016 j710fn with it. No problem. You just need to flash camera fix and wifi fix. And make sure to flash latest oxygen kernel right after you flash the rom. Before first boot

One last question... If a rom states that:

Does this mean it is supported on my device J7 2016 SM-J710FN?

I have a 710mn and I accidentally deleted my OS...tried to flash a diff ROM and kernel....now after boot screen it just stays balck screen...but also says kernel not seandroid enforcing when it boots...but I can still boot to DL and TWRP. ....any advice
