Anyone have any idea if there is a custom kernel available for the samsung j7 2016 with nougat installed. something with the always on display enabled with it because iv tried different custom roms but nothing great out there mostly just the same rom with a little tweak. could someone port the RR rom for the j7 2016 version??

I update nougat 7.0 but i have problem with draining the battery
My friend tell me kernal can fix this
So i need kernal j710f(6)
Try STOCKDeodexLight v0. 3 battery last for me at least 18 hrs

They're all in the dev section. Just look at the remaining KitKat ROMs and see which are still being updated.
Hi, bought a used Oneplus One today with CM12.1 nighty today. Changed the governor to conservative and have to say: This is the smoothest Android experience I've ever had (much better than a S6). 60fps almost everywhere.

J5 Developer Already Makes CM12.1 Stable
But We can't...

remember J5 is running on a snapdragon 410 which is a popular and widely used cpu
therefore there are many devices wih a stable CM so porting a stable 1 is easy.
just like J7 snapdragon version. they can easily get stable CM
as for exynos... thats a samsung processor and powers like 5 6 samsung's??? relax we have to make our CM piece by piece

I want To exchange MY J7 with J5 only for CM ?
I prefer CM 13 for J7 because it's more recent and it has more options. If you can port it I and a lot of people who want CM will be very greatful

I'm from India and we have VOLTE as network, can anyone mention any custom rom for galaxy S7 G930FD that supports volte, even if its android 8.0 it'll work. I simply hate the Samsung home experience UI and can't bear it more.
I tried installing pixel experience 9 but it didn't had volte support so I wasn't able to get msgs or calls. Same thing happened with LINEAGE 17
So if anyone knows or has any patches or anything you want to recommend please do.... Please. ?

Lineage rom will never have VOLTE support.
As newbie said ASOP ROMs do not support this feature.
Use a firmware based ROM instead like Light Rom
