Bluetooth streaming - Android Stick & Console Computers General

Hi all.
I wonder if I can stream Bluetooth to Android TV boxes same way as with Bluetooth speaker? I'm looking at Xiaomi MI Box in particular: I have stereo receiver with optical, and want to use it for streaming. I might just buy Chromecast audio, but I have some screends and might use it for video as well.
Pretty much I want chromecast audio with Bluetooth abilities. Can anyone try streaming music from phone to Xiaomi box?
Thanks.

[Q] Stream Music from Xoom Tablet to Home Stereo

I wanted to see what you recommend I can use to Stream Music wirelessly from my Xoom Tablet to my Home Stereo. Looking to use my xoom music player and something that will not degrade sound quality. Bluetooth sounds like the best option i think. Any ideas?

I believe that the standard charging dock has audio out...I haven't hooked it up to external speakers but I believe that StrifeSoldierIIV said he does that and it works well.

I use LG BT headset...I guess that BT speakers would be great.
I have used the standard dock for a wired connection and bluetooth to both a Motorola S9 headset and a Parrot Party BT Speaker. The Xoom has performed pretty good all around. The range of BT I have gotten with my Parrot Party is impressive (30'-40' through multiple floors). I do not have any experience with a stand-alone BT receiver to connect to a home stereo, but a google search came up with several options.
Whatever you get please report back with your experience.

HuckFinn and okantomi. Thank you for your help. What do you think about these two products?
1. Logitech Wireless Speaker Adapter for Bluetooth Audio Devices $40. http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Wire...UTF8&coliid=ILO9AKPF7AF0R&colid=1YCH0XH8HNDCR
2. Belkin F8Z492-P Bluetooth Music Receiver $32 http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-F8Z492-P-Bluetooth-Music-Receiver/dp/B0047T79VS/ref=pd_cp_e_2
If you have some sort of DLNA player, I would use that. An app like UPnPlay works quite well. I still use my 6 year old Roku soundbridge for its mp3 decoding capabilities, range is then limited by wifi range rather than bluetooth. I can sit on the deck and play my mp3 collection off a nas, through the soundbridge and HT amp and over my outdoor speakers all controlled through the xoom. Or just fire the music off the local device to the soundbridge.

Either one should work but the Logitech looks more suited for a home stereo.

Using a android tv box as a bluetooth player

Hello,
I have a question with which you can help me. Can I use an android TV box (MiniX Neo X8) as a bluetooth receiver (like the Logitech's bluetooth audio adapter). Does it exist any app which let do that?
I currently have the Logitech adapter, which is a very easy and nice way to listen Spotify music from my smartphone, tablet and laptop. Lately, I have been thinking about buying an android box and it would be awesome if I can use it as a media player for the TV and as a bluetooth adapter. In this way, I wouldn't need to be switching the wire of the speakers from the android box to the bluetooth receiver.
In the other hand, is it possible to leave the android box switched on always?
Thank you!

Non-Lagging Wireless headphones

Does such a thing exist? I would like to have wireless headphones and watch shows but normally there is always a lag that bothers me too much to even attempt it. Has bluetooth 5 or even 4.2 fixed this?

Don't use wireless headphones but, boeffla kernel allows direct DAC output, which may allow some improvement.
Else you can pay for MX player pro and adjust audio sync with any downloaded or streamed video mx can link to.
App based streaming, such as ITV player is limited to hardware. Bluetooth will have delay, because audio has to be converted to bluetooth transport with then must be converted back to audio. Plus the transport is slow in comparison to the faster DAC.

Broadcast Audio from AndroidTV to multiple receivers

Hello,
I want to retransmit the audio of a Xiaomi Mi Box to several smartphones, perhaps by wifi, each with its own headset, so everyone would listen to the soundtrack of the movies, without using speakers.
The device doesn't have root, it's not possible, so I'm looking for a way to do it without having root access.
Has anyone tried anything similar?
Thanks.
I suppose you could connect the audio output of the Mi Box to the base unit of cordless headphones.
