Random hard reboots - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys,
I am experiencing random reboots on one of my one plus one devices.
Long story short:
reboots seem to started happening after switching to a certain carrier (Swisscom)
one of my OPOs is fine, even with the Swisscom sim card, whereas the other is affected by reboots
reboots happen even when the phone is sitting on its own, I could not identify a specific use case that triggers them
reboots happened both on stock rom and on resurrection remix (ResurrectionRemix-M-v5.7.4-20161117-bacon)
reboots seem to happen only when connected to the carrier (not in airplane mode i.e. or wifi only)
Please, see below.
Any idea?
Thanks

Are you sure sim is inserted correctly?
Did you try reinserting it?

Hi,
yes, tried several times.
Also, let me add the fact that this OPO has a couple of years of perfect service, so I would exclude HW problems.

AllWinner F20(A10) strange boot partition

Hello Everybody,
(hope this is the good section)
I try to investigate on low cost tablet with AllWinner F20 chip (chip near allwinner A10) for trying to create a rom. This tab work well for the price and
i can put it in bootloader mode, LiveSuit seem to find it. I dump my nanda partition and i need help to understand how does F20 boot ? no boot.afx found, only a strange app_demo.axf...This seem like a A10 relics files...
Do you think app_demo.axf can be the bootloader ?
Code:
# mkdir vnanda
# mount -o loop -t vfat nanda.dump vnanda
# tree vnanda

Hope after analysis i can find the bootloader (boot1) code now...
cool, i was just looking at this option for my tablet
I have a pmid701c that looks to be very similar to yours. I was just looking at setting up a mmc/SD cable to console in. Have you tried hitting one of the buttons. On mine that is how to get to fel mode for flashing, wondering what happens if there is a console cable hooked up
Lots of people working on the pmid at freaktab.com by the way
Hello,

Do you think about hooking the reader pin to a cable ?
Or did you speak about about bootable mmc/SD ?
I can do a try i you want

Kernel Panic - Random Reboots with my OPO

Since the very beginning my OPO randomly rebooted itself from time to time.
It's actually every 1-2 hours now. I've read other threads about it but I couldn't really find any solution to it.
I'm using stock cm11s and recently rooted my phone and the problem is steady.
I hope this last_kmsg can help solving the problem.

You need to put it in [ code ] brackets. Its too unorganized for anybody to read as everything is in one line.

[RANDOM REBOOTS] [NOKIA X2DS][CM11] Kernel Hard Reboots when Mobile Data: ON

My device always goes on random reboots when Mobile Data is switched ON. Sometimes too frequent and sometimes very rare. I have searched multiple threads but could not find the same issue addressed anywhere.
