Greetings and welcome to assist. If you have twrp installed just download the latest su zip from here
https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/stable-2016-09-01supersu-v2-78-release-t3452703
it will be in your download folder then just flash it

Hmm, when you downloaded it was it a zip file? If so, just Instal the zip using recovery.

If it was a zip file, yes.
You could also look in the /system/ folder and see if there is an apk file to install it, but then it installs as a user app (in /data/app) instead of a system app (/system/app).
Also, you will most likely need to re-install this each time you install a new version of KatKiss if you install it with recovery.
Do you have a link to where you got this from? If you do it would make it easier to help.

Yes it is inaccessible from local storage to access it you need root. If you have any file manager eg Ex file explorer locate to root then data/media/0/twrp now it will be accessible and you will be able to see all your stuffs i.e backups, etc. Hope it helped you out.

Happy to know that it helped you ?
You can use a USB stick with OTG and make a backup directly from TWRP (last variant), so you can easy move your backup where you want.

Download your stock firmware from here https://firmwarefile.com/colors-p85-plus
Extract from the zip the boot.img and put it in your sdcard
Download the latest Magisk Manager in apk format from here https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/official-magisk-v7-universal-systemless-t3473445 go to the section "Installation instructions/via Magisk Manager"
Install the app and open it, in the main screen tap on install and you will be prompted for install the zip, tap on install and you will see three options, select "patch boot image file" then Magisk will patch it and you will find the new boot image in your internal memory/Magisk Manager folder
Let me know when you got it and then we go for the next steps

Solved
Solved with stock firmware SM-T561_1_20170112153339_gm6mtmbndb and odin. Then root again with twrp_2.8.7.0_sm-t561 and super SU. Thanks to everyone.

You can just disable signature check in twrp settings
Thank you that solved it.
