If you have a custom recovery (like TWRP), go to the folder data/system through the recovery and delete any file with the extension .key
Also, delete the files with "locksettings" in the name, I don't know if its necessary, but just in case rsrs
If I'm wrong, someone corrects me.

Hi
Anyone know how to turn off that horrible shutter sound when taking pics ?
There are two ways I know of.
First way: Set the phone to silent or vibrate only mode. In my case, this silences the camera, too.
Second way: This is (semi-)permanent, but it requires write access to the system partition. You don't need to root your phone, but I think, you need at least to unlock your bootloader.
In my case, I use clockworkrecovery and "adb shell" from my computer.
Anyways, you need to rename or delete the files camera_click.ogg and camera_focus.ogg in the directory /system/media/audio/ui
Then the camera app will not find them and will stay silent.

thanks for ur help
but first way didnt work....I'm on 4.1.1
then I have try 2nd way...but i dont know how to unlock bootloader....Hope to find a way in this forum
Hm strange. Putting the phone into silent mode has always worked for me, as far as I can remember. Now I am on 4.1.2.
Anyway, All the guides to unlock your phone are in the forum. But read carefully before you act. Unlocking the bootloader will wipe your phone clean and delete all data. So be sure to make a backup first, should you decide to do it.

I don't think it's possible.Even if you able to recover your data anyhow,it will be corrupted,so no use.
Bcoz some said that when u delete file ,its just get flagged and it still possible to recover it. K then, thx for ur reply btw.

You forgot to leave your phone model and Android version my friends. OnePlus one with Android 6.0?
You have to ROOT your phone first before you use some tool to recover the lost data.
So I think this ROOT tutorial is useful for you: https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/...oader-install-custom-recovery-and-root.64487/
After you ROOT your phone, try this tool to recover data from the wiped internal storage.
PS: the ROOT function is included in the tool's data recovery module, you can try the tool directly before ROOT the phone yourself.

When you unlock the bootloader all data gets wiped for security reasons .... So what do you think there is left to recover? Data will be corrupted even more.
Anyway there are tools but data is corrupted and not fully usable. So RIP.
PS
The OP said he did it from twrp which means the bootloader is already unlocked.

Oops, so no other way i can unlock the phone without wiping the data?
I searched the forum for this and maybe I missed something but I can't find help anywhere.
My mother recently passed and we're trying to crack open her LG Velvet. She was very secretive about passwords and such and I can't break passed her finger pattern lock screen. Everything I've found says I can wipe her phone clean and it'll be clear but we need in to access her information and photos, we don't know what details she kept on her phone so we desperately need in. Does anyone know a way we can get passed the lock screen without erasing data? We've tried 55 times all the patterns we think she used but it's so far to no avail. We have T-Mobile, of which I called. They can't help so they sent me to LG and they can't help.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!
Id u can get an custom recovery installed on that go to /Data/system/ and erase all files with lockscreen name on it and it would remove the pattern

I’ve not done this in some time, any direction you can point me to get a customer recovery on?
Hey you found a way to get past the code without losing data files? My situation is the exact same except it’s my brother, and it’s sooo frustrating!

Hey there, just saw this message. Nope not yet. Terribly frustrating! Her laptop is locked too.
Any luck for you yet?
Hi guys,
I have a big issue with my Samsung Galaxy A21s. I set up a password for the lock screen a couple of days ago. Everything was working fine, but yesterday my phone randomly decided to lock itself for 1440 minutes (24 hours) after typing in my correct password once. I waited those 24 hours and tried again and it got locked for another day again. The password is 100% correct.
Or course I tried restarting the phone and booting it in safe mode, without success. I tried unlocking it on my computer via Google find my phone (I don't have a samsung account set up), but it appeared as offline, even though it is connected to wifi. I have to mention that it has airplane mode on which I can't turn off and NordVPN is installed. The phone has very few apps installed, such as Telegram, NordVPN and Instagram, no malicious third party applications...
I don't want to hardware reset the phone because it has very important things on it. Sending it to Samsung isn't possible as well, I don't have a bill for the product.
Please help
Do you have bootloader open ?
If so you can flash a file than break through the password

thanks, I would like to try this, although my phone is like 6 years newer than the post... how do I flash it without using my phone? Should I use bootloader or something, can you explain?
That IS why I asked you if you could flash a file.
Did you ever unlocked your bootloader ?
If so, you have to put twrp on your phone (there is many tutorial for each phone in the forum), and then flash the file with your sd card.
If your bootloader IS locked, I don t know how install TWRP recovery, but maybe there is a way on the net.
What is your phone model ?
Ah okay thank you... Model is Samsung Galaxy A21s

I dont have bootloader set up and if I understood correctly, setting up bootloader and twrp will erase all data...
Absolutly not, I don t know how to unlock bootloader other than via the parameters, but I doesn t erase any data, same for TWRP.
Find a way to unlock the bootloader, then just install TWRP with Odin, and then you just have to flash the file.
