Hello and welcome to XDA-developers!
"Update.zip" can be a lot of different things, you have to be specific with what you are looking for.

So the file is called because download ek software from the web of the producer and at the time of re-initiating the firwmare told me that he lacked the file "update.zip"

I'm also in need of the original firmware. I've tried a number of Allwinner A31 available ROM's but I haven't found any that are compatible with the Taipad 9X.
If you have a backup IMG file I would grateful for a link.
Hello, is impossible to fint this rom? I`m looking 2 days for that firmware and i cant find it. Please help

the world is waiting for this file right now it seems. i have checked alot of forums all over the internet and this firmware does not exist on the net as yet. it seems we have some time to wait

by the looks of xda, there doesnt seem to be any interest in anything anymore, im not sure if the devs out there just gave up, or what but from 2015 till now this site has gone down hill......... xda became another internet ghetto..... sorry to you..... not sorry for xda.

There are many tutorial on the internet explaining this. While many of local android manufacturer have poor developer support, I guess something as simple as rooting is possible.
absolutely I just found many good way to do this from xda group in telegram, anyway there are a lot of good people right there. they're really² patiently teach me a little by little until finally I got what I needed. so ya this case have been solved

Honestly, i don´t know anything about xda, or on how to find something on here, so i guess i´ll have to ask:
Do you know any downloadable custom rom for the Samsung Galaxy A5 2015 (SM-A500FU)?
I found one by DeadSquirrel and someone else via google, but either do they not work, spit out error 7 in TWRP, or aren´t available for download anymore.
