Hi guys, I just got my new Cubot x11 from Etotalk and I am getting afraid that the phone is crap. After the first start up there was an android update which I confirmed. After the update startup it said just ,,error" so I restarted the phone and then there is a message "android is upgrading, optimizing apps 1 from 116 and thats all, there is no any progress even after 2 hours. If I restart the phone it's still the same. Anyone can help me?

Hello, and welcome to XDA! It doesn't mean you phone is bad quality, just that the update temporarily errored. If you saw the part about android upgrading and the apps optimizing, it suggests the error fixed itself. It takes quite a while for 116 apps to optimize in Lollipop. Give it 10/15 minutes. If it takes a lot longer, you can keep restarting and you'll get to the setup screen eventually. If not, take it back to the store for an exchange.
Good luck!
Hi all,
I've a XT1033. Running Anroid 4.4.4 (Stock)
When upgrading to Android 5.0.2 (OTA) the phone's screen (connected to charger) during the upgrade went black. Wit no error message whatsoever.
Now I'm stuck with a hard-bricked phone. Seeing the QBOOT_USB interface in device manager and getting;
"FAILED (blank-flash:sdl-transfer-image:sdl-hello:invalid HDLC frame)"
Is there really no fix to resolve this issue? We "must" wait for Motorola to come with the signed bootloader for Android 5.x?
Same Problem with me.
and in the service center they are saying to change the motherboard which costs a lot.
and my phone is out of warranty.
plz help me out.
Same here... Maybe check this?

I am having the same problem, I take a lot to restore my device even if it is with android from scratch and everything clean, does not enter or in fastboot
Me too..
My brother's XT1033 has bricked the same way and the blankflash prints the same error.

I have a Proscan PLT7650G tablet it came installed with Android 5.1.1. It is running a RK3126 SoC. I had rooted it with Kingroot and then switched to SuperSU. I then tried to install Xposed framework for Lollipop using the Flashify app. The tablet rebooted and when I got to the login screen it had a message box "Stresstest for 5.0 has stopped running". When I hit OK another comes up that says "The process com.android.phone has stopped running". I hit OK and the previous message box comes up. This continues for as long as I keep pressing OK. Sometimes it also says that the System UI has stopped running. I cannot access any of the OS. I eventually tried to run the factory reset from recovery, and the same issue persisted. I assume this is because of the system partition being modified. I have backups of all the partitions made using the Rockchip Android tool. I tried to flash the tablet with the tool and it says Test device fail, or download fail. I have also tried to flash with Rockchip batch tool with firmware I thought may be compatible, and it gave me a similar message.
I didn't install custom recovery, but I can still access stock recovery, and can still get to the error messages after boot. I don't have USB development enabled, and fastboot doesn't recognize my bootloader.
Any help you can recommend will be extremely appreciated. I have spent the past week trying to get this thing running. I am very sorry if there is a similar thread posted somewhere or if it is a stupidly easy fix. I also apologize if this is posted in the wrong spot. I am new to forums in general.
I have very limited internet access, so it may take me several days to respond to any posts.
A HUGE thanks to anyone who can help me.

Hello. My tablet ( V400 LG G Pad 7.0) is a little bit slower on original ROM (Android 5) so I tried to install a custom rom (CM). I rooted the tablet, and when I tried to install another .img file using a software, the tablet is remain in secure boot problem or something like that and the only way that bring the tablet back is restore using LG Software. Ok, so I tried to downgrade to Android Kit Kat (4.4 original ROM). I did everything using LGFlashTool2014 but the tablet is looping in LG logo, restarting over and over again and I have to go back at 5.0 original ROM. Can someone help me to install CM ? Any ideeas?
Even worse

Same here expect that my LGFlashTool went unresponsive at 80%, stopped time counter, so I had to restart my v400 with power+volulme down. Since then v400 is unresponsive to any button combination or usb plug in, it only vibrates sometime. Device manager shows it a COM port. Do you have any idea what to do?

Hello Andrey,
I have this problem now and don't know how to fix. Do you still remember the procedure.
Thanks in advance
So, I had that tablet lying around and I wanted to hand it to my little cousin. I did a factory reset to boot it on a clean and fresh install.
After configuring it (language, time zone, wi-fi connect, etc) I'm greeted with an error pop-up saying "Unfortunately, Lenovo LauncherHD has stopped". The message keep pop-ing up and can't get pass it, no matter how many time I restart the tablet.
My only solution is to re-install the default ROM, but I have no idea how to do it...
