Flashed the latest shyhigh from his site and now I have extra icons on the status and wireless charging doesn't seem to be working. I've read a number of old post about the icons (old wifi calling and old volte) but can't find the fix.

Does anyone know of a fix for the roaming icon on the top bar ?? I know there are fixes for both the wizard and hermes - but cannot find one for the tornado

Have you tried the fix that works on the Hermes:

Here it is. I downloaded and flashed MLIGN 3.3 I also flashed Deport 1.0 and got Bluetooth and WiFi to work on this Hero Rom I noticed (I'm sure this is because this is still an Android 1.5 build) that Google navigation can't be found on the market. My question is that is there a place I can find the .apk for it and if i do find it and install it will it run on 1.5 or not. I dug up Sprint Navigation and added its working really well but i really dig Google Nav. Getting Bluetooth to work on a Hero rom is what is causing me to stay on this rom even though I have to do a battery pull when I'm charging because it either wont come out of sleep mode or it powers off?? But thats another thread I'm starting !!
O.K. so any answers on this are greatly appreciated or maybe the link to a new rom thats based on the Hero/Expresso build and has WiFi and Bluetooth and can send MMS
I have tried KingSunnyWGRamHacked,KingxKxRom,KingxKxKlair,EvilHero remix,KWG-noRH-try,and all have had one problem or another mostly no MMS sending. This is the first hero rom that i flashed that I got Bluetooth to work.

I flashed the ICS [AOSP] and then the WiFi patch after it booted and I played around with the home screen animations, new app drawer ect.
It was all working fine and dandy (minus a minor gripe - the WiFi icon was grey not Tron Blue ) until about 2:30 am EST. I was at work and out of the blue my data connection crapped out. I didn't make a backup (bad me ) before coming to work and moved the only good copy of my stock rom to my computer at home.
So about my data connection: I have changed the APN and selected the only Network I can connect to and nothing works. I had this issue before but cant for the life of me remember how to fix it.
Any thoughts?
I have a I9020A - on AT&T with [http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1354263] and no other adds other then the WiFi patch. Though I will say, things started going screwy when I downloaded Rom Manager and Titanium Backup * Root.
Any Thoughts?

I'm noob in flash and custom roms and android so I read a lot stickie posts here and tried many things before my question.
My problem, for me, is strange but I think people here may have a solution.
So I updated my I9023 from stock 2.3.6 to stock ICS 4.0.3 with OTA (17 dec).
Nice with maybe a little battery drain but with a 3G issue : I can receive gtalk notification, mail, g+ everything in background but when I use Google Reader or check old mails in Gmail after 30sec I have a connection timeout. When I use stock browser it seems ok during 30sec after unlock screen but some pictures doesn't load and after I lost connection and pages don't load anymore.
It is like it can't keep connection alive for app in use.
So I read and use this :

I tried with all radio for my model : no change
I tried this rom :

With another kernel lol no change too :/
So I tried with the GB Pete Alfonso and radio KI1 it works fine so is no a radio problem, I think.
I tried to change some settings in apn config
I tried reset this settings to default and chose my carrier (MOBISTAR in Belgium) instead of automatic : no change.
In menu *#*#4636#*#* I tried change to WCDMA etc... no change
My conclusion : that's not a radio issue but a thing with ics and I don't know what
Any idea is welcome

i have the same problem sad thing is i really dont have any 3g its like disappeared on me, dont the flashing radio too and changing Roms, still same result.
i am doing a theme for v20f stock roms for the roms on my phone. I did an atnt one and everything was smooth, i'm now working on a bell one where the data signal and in out icons are seperated. I really don't like this and want to merge them.
i tried a few things with signal_cluster_view.xml but nothing worked. it also doesn't make much sense because i used the same framework-res.apk and systemui.apk that i already moded on atnt rom, to save time. the files worked fine but for some reason the rom still uses the other signal layout so i'm thinking maybe this is controlled elsewhere? wierd to me that just flashing the sytemui and framework-res from the other rom didn't change it. anyways if anyone has some ideas i would love to hear them. i can post any files from my phone if it would help, compiled or decompiled, i can also get the smali code if needed. thanks in advance.
if you don't understand what i mean i want the data icon to be like Cyanogenmod instead of being a data icon with a huge H+ to the left of it, and under the h+ is the data in/out arrows, i want to move that ontop of the signal, and move the h+ontop of the signal to the top left (i have the icons made for this already
