USB reverse tethering only works on rooted android phone. You need to root your android to do so.

i have a rooted phone(kenzo running on LOS_14.1).i have root privileges too....now how do i reverse tether?

use pda on pc and phone both
turn on usb debugging
and enjoy internet via usb cable

it works on non rooted devices too

PDANet only share internet from Android to PC
I try to reverse it, from PC share to my phone (i turn my data connection) its failed.

my laptop got internet via wifi, so the only way to share to phone is using usb cable.
Now using htc 10 nougat rooted, only have usb tethering. my old htc one m7 kitkat have the option usb internet (reverse tethering)

Why not just use PC to create a hotspot to broadcast WiFi then connect the android device to the WiFi connection.
Or
Try setting up a broadband connect on PC to connect your device via USB to that broadband connetion.

Hello everybody
it's been a month that my tablet is no longer recognized by the PC when connected via USB cable, MTP connection no longer appears when I plug in the cable.
Before I was connected without any problem while it was already Rooted and running ICS but everything changed instantly i don't know what
The cable is not damaged cause with an other tablet it worked
Please help me

MTP is enabled ( settings--->Stockage--->connection USB PC -->enabled

I didn't see this option in Settings of my GT-P6200, which Tablet you're talking about?

Hey guys I connected my phone to pc via usb but when i click on the connect button it is just loading and then back to the same screen.
Is it the problem of custom rom as i am having a little problem with that?

Connect your phone usb to the pc then in tethering option , turn on usb tethering on your phone

so any USB connection is not working on my LG 4X on fresh installed stock soft [4.1.2]. On PC i got message ,,failed to install MTP usb device'' etc
Also i dont know how to turn on debbuging mode, maybe this will help? I click 7 times on compilation version and all it do is some jelly on screen (?)
I tested 2 usb cables and all usb ports on my computer what to do now?
I also installed LG PC suite and LG usb drivers from LG site.
Please help guys i need to put some porn on my phone :/

Yep : camera/MTP/pc suite/charging
But still i cant connect to PC by any way, of course charging work but nothing else.

Just to be on the safe side. Have you checked using another computer?
I cant try it on another computer right now :/
I got new cable and still when connect it via MTP i got information from PC suite i dont got this drivers :

But i cant install them... like i said “this update is not applicable to your computer”
And another info : when im trying to instal MTP drivers via lg pc suite i got error, even if device is disconnected.
Okey so on another computer also on windows 7 x64 usb connection working fine, so what the F... is the problem here?
