Since android is linux based, is there no way to gain access to terminal and lsmod or similar command? If possible without rooting.

Hi !
You need root in order to use terminal emulator
Also you can see the modules in root/sys/module but it also needs root

1+1 & CIFS

Hello, I have a simple question but I can´t find the answer searching by my self.
The question is if 1+1 with stock kernel support CIFS or not, if it´s not how can I use it? Changing kernel?
I have root + unlock BL + TWRP.
Thanks in advance.

Does this seem useful?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2358987
And then there are apps like Mount Manager and CifsManager.
Try it and let us know if it works. If it does then awesome, the kernel supports.

You can use an app with stock kernel but you must be rooted, permissive state cannot be achieved without it

Ah ok. Hopefully won't be long before you have that then.
Thanks for your hard work. Will test and report. I'm currently on an s8 port. Will this kernel support mtweaks?
Cheers

Synapse is a kernel developer who designs the interface directly.
So features that MTweak does not support are added to Synapse.
You can use MTweak, but if you do, you will not be able to use some of the kernel's unique features. (MTweak only supports common functions like other kernels).
I've put a lot of effort into reducing the bugs in Synapse, and my kernel is very stable in Synapse.
