Hi every one
I tried to edit whatsapp by using apk editor pro to change emoji whatsapp
When I finished and install whatsapp a I'm try to enter my number to sign in the whatsapp appear message (this is not normally whatsapp go to our website and install new version)
What the solution please

HI GUYS i have just updated my rom to omega rom v34 4.1.2 for i9300 but now when i try to install whTsapp , while i stalling error pops up .. saying " imcompatible package error" please guys help me .

You can uninstall, re-download and reboot again to avoid these error.
Try uninstalling reboot, re-install don't open, boot to recovery, do a dalvik wipe, reboot and see if it works.
sms error
Thanks guys i have installed whasapp + but now when i enter my for verfication it says sms verfication error and i press call me button for 3 digit code .. error message pops up saying contact customer service...

Instructions for FRESH INSTALLATION (No ROOT NEEDED) :
***If you are already on WhatsApp+ or WhatsApp reborn then start from step 3***
1) Open Whatsapp Go to Settings>Chat settings>Backup Conversations.
2) Uninstall Official WHATSAPP now and install WhatsApp Reborn 1.00
3) Now go to PLUS=>press Full WhatsApp Backup. So your backup will be saved in /sdcard/whatsapp/Osm/Datapp/
4) Now in the folder /sdcard/whatsapp/Osm/Datapp/databases/ Delete 3 files axolotl.db axolotl.db-shm axolotl.db-wal
5) Now uninstall WhatsApp+ 6.76 or WhatsApp ReBorn 1.00 and install given apk below
6) Open it and you will be prompted to RESTORE backup. Hit YES
7) Now enter your name and you will be able to see changelog with all your chat as it is
8) Congratulations you have done complicated process successfully.

Hello all.
So i saw this thread here and i figured that maby some people would like to have a zip instead of installing all the apps, so here i have a flashable zip of Facebook home, facebook, and messenger

Installation
Code:
1: Uninstall Facebook and messenger if you have them
2: Download the zip
3: Flash it then reboot
4: Go into facebook then settings and prress "use facebook home" (scroll down)
5: Follow the instruction on the screen to start using facebook home :)

idk if any difference than apk's but apk was not loading photos for me going to try this
edit: after installing it i getting lots of messages like holo launchner has stopped working ...and getting this also with whatsapp skype etc
and cant see any fb app installed somethink wrong with it also cant enter to whatsapp kik , swype keyboard not woking thanks for destoying soft!
all apps wont work now

Here's I m going to share how to use two whatsapp without root and rebooting.

Installation instructions :
1-Download and install whatsapp from playstore.
2-Register ur 1st number to whatsapp normally.

OGWhatsapp becomes obsolete.
Disa now fails to receive incoming messages (still working for outgoing messages0.
It seems that there is no solution for dual whatsapp at this moment.
1. Friend send me link on youtube.
2. i tap on the link
3. something starts downloading
and thats it. In downloads are only 3 files with some code. Those can not be opened.

I want to mod Whatsapp on my own without using third party apps such as GBwhatsapp , Whatsapp plus, parallel space apk, appcloner apk...etc. I want to know how they do it.
What i Found
I tried using an android application that clones whatsapp and found there is two methods used:
1. Workspace Method: Parallel Space installs whatsapp in the root folder of the Parallel space application it self without changing in the code or any thing. There is several apps that do the same. ( I am not interested in this method)
2. Apk editing method: Appcloner apk, it clones whatsapp to a different name and allows modification to the app, but on one condition the original whatsapp version must be installed in order to verify the whatsapp number. (This is what i am trying to do manually) but i need to solve the problem where i dont need to install the original app in order to work(gbwhatsapp solved this problem but how?)
What i tried:
A.
I tried decompiling the whatsapp using (apktool, ApkEdit) then signing the app using zipsigner. The app gets installed but the problem is i cant get pass whatsapp verification number it gives an error and returns whatsapp to the first page:
"Something is wrong with your version of whatsapp. Please download the latest version from our website: https://whatsapp.com/android."
This is the error that i face and i want a fix for it.
B.
I used zipsigner on the original whatsapp apk file and signed the apk with new signiture then installed the app. I found that it gave the same error as above.
Conclusion:
Changing whatsapp apk signature prevents you from verifying the whatsapp number.
Can any one provide us with a fix how can we do this and mod our own version of whatsapp. I presume there is something to do with exposed since i found exposed modules in the decompiled folder for the cloned Whatsapp apk by appcloner and the apk gbwhatsapp.
