TWRP Treltexx: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=457095661767131053
This will work with all note 4 exynos variants. By that I mean N910C/H/U. I figured I would throw the community an updated version.
Enjoy

Thanks, but it doesn't work on my n910s. I can't boot into recovery, it just stays frozen on the "Samsung Galaxy Note 4" screen. If I remove and reinsert the battery, I can boot to the OS or Download Mode no problem.
I was curious to try because I've tried twrp-3.0.2-0-treltexx.img.tar, 3.0.0, 2.8.7 and 2.8.5 versions (treltexx each time) and I can't get into TWRP with them either, but the difference for all of them is that they all show the infamous "recovery is not seandroid enforcing note 4"

Yes, put the phone in download mode and flash TWRP using Odin's AP button.
The official TWRP release was for Exynos LTE (treltexx), which should work for n910SKL but doesn't, so someone hacked it to make it compatible and this one definitely does work on my n910s.
It finally works
All is working now

It means flash the BOOT file as BOOTLOADER in Odin. Here are the steps I did, in detail.
Make sure you have copied the superuser.zip to your SDcard before you begin.
- Flash the recovery as PDA (I unchecked the autoboot, just to keep everything in control)
- Remove data cable
- Remove battery for a few seconds and put it back
- Go in download mode again, and flash the BOOT file as BOOTLOADER (This time, checked the autoboot option)
- Phone starts in CWM recovery
- Flash the SU
In case you're still having trouble, go to http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ and search for s7262, download the kernel for YOUR COUNTRY and flash it as PDA through Odin. Then follow the above steps.
Don't forget to thank the guy

No progress. The screen goes white as soon as the samsung boot sound starts. Any chance you have a copy of the original bootloader? We can flash that after installing SU.

Actually I think it's the bootloader. Just worked fine the first time.. After second boot I'm getting white screen (same thing that used to come previously when I flashed recovery). Let's see if this gets fixed, otherwise this whole operation would just die.
Lesson here is: Cheaper android phones are crap . I'm using an HTC amaze, and it was one hell of a task to root it! But at least it responded to logic.

while the cf autoroot thread and also the older recovery thread gets some questions that don't have anything to do with the thread I make this thread
OK...here it is: only for people with 5.1.1 G925F (should work with 5.0.2 F also) the G925I seems also fine
be sure to copy my kernel zip and also the super su zip to sdcard (phone) before you flash the recovery via odin, otherwise you got bootloop (because of system write protection-new with 5.1.1)
Kernel (flash with twrp) : https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347765201
Super SU (flash with twrp) : https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347765203
and TWRP 2.8.7.1 (flash with ODIN) : https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347765202
after all that you get the normal system warning (the old one also on 5.0.2) delete Securitylogagent and reboot

2. flash recovery with odin (ap) (set dont reboot in odin) (go into download mode)
3. manual reboot with vol down home and power...you will see the download mode again...but press cancel....in the time of reboot press vol up + power + home..you will get into recovery...now flash both zips
4. done

Sorry man , baseband errors normally result in no mobile network and ability to make phone calls :/. When I flashed marshmallow on my phone , it said not found next to baseband. You may want to fully flash MM then when it gets to bootloader unlocked screen , wait a few minutes. If it does nothing, try flashing twrp recovery and flashing a lollipop custom rom.

You do realise you are trying to flash firmware files via recovery right..?
You are meant to extract the zip on the pc and then flash the files using fastboot commands

I had that error when flashing a new logo, I simply unchecked "check zip signature" in TWRP. All flashed OK.

Try using mfastboot instead of fastboot, go with 6.0 firmware, make sure you flash all sparsechunks included. Baseband should be restored
So basically, my device was rooted perfectly fine, i then flashed twrp and ever since my galaxy s6 (SM-6920F) only loads the samsung/galaxy s6 logo, which is the first screen, it will stay on there until the phone has died. I can boot into download mode, i have tried numerous way to fix such as the stock firmware, whenever try that i odin it fails, tried lots of methods to solve this but nothing seems to work and i just dont know what to do now

It's possible. If you can get into recovery then you can install a custom ROM then your boot problem is solved
