If you unlocked the bootloader then try these steps then.
Download your phone's latest firmware and extract system.img, boot.img, recovery.img, cust.img from UPDATE.APP using Huawei Update Extractor tool.
Boot into bootloader mode by switching off the phone then pressing only the Vol DOWN button, and connecting it to PC simultaneously.
Flash recovery first, using this command.
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Flash all other extracted files similarly firing these commands.
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash cust cust.img
fastboot flash system system.img
After doing this put that very UPDATE.APP from which you extracted the files in dload folder of your external SDCARD.
Switch off your phone, and press Vol UP + Vol DOWN + Power button simultaneously.
Your device will now get to the full stock firmware.
NOTE: If the manual flashing doesn't works or you get any errors, then first try only the force update method, i.e Putting the UPDATE.APP from which you extracted the files in dload folder of your external SDCARD and pressing Vol UP + Vol DOWN + Power button simultaneously after switching off your phone.

Can i know what u have done before this started happening?
I have an AL-10 64GB mate 8. I wanted to turn it to the iternational ROM to have google apps. I followed this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-8/general/howto-load-international-mate-8-t3293619
Afte flashing with fastboot commands the files my phone doesn't boot up. It shows the warning screen because it is Unlocked but I doesn't boot in menu.
u forgot to flash boot.img, try that through fastboot as well and then try and boot again

There isn't a boot.img in the thread there. Where do I find it?
So I thought to try myself something... I flashed the oldest boot.img from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-8/orig-development/kernel-insecure-boot-img-t3311306 (B156 FLASHABLE IMG). The only difference now is that it remains stuck at the warning scrren. Previously that screen would dissapear and the phone would be total black.
Also I downloaded the update.app from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-8/general/nxt-l09-nxt-l29-stock-rom-b133-download-t3311839 of L29. Extracted boot, cache, cust, system, recovery, userdata from that package and flashed all files with fastboot. Everything successful but still stucked at warning screen.

try this first
1- go to recovery then factory reset then reboot if not booting so try this method below (use same update.app file)

Download the update file
Extract
Folder "dload" at the root level of the memory Share (internal or external).
Update.app in the folder "dload" Copy
As Huawei has removed the item "Local Update" from the update program, you must do the following:
Option 1: update via ForceUpdate
Switch off
Simultaneously Power + Volume Down + volume Louder press until the update starts

dload doesn't work. I did manage to install TWRP though... Will try to flash a custom ROM
So I managed to make it boot using DarkSilentSC instruction: http://forum.xda-developers.com/mat...ng-to-b321-t3375934/post66776218#post66776218
Only 2 problems left. First the memory shows 4GB rather than 64GB and there is no theme support. Any idaes?
hmmm....try and go to recovery and format the data partition, maybe that helps.... just make sure u dont have any important data on the phone before u do that
Data partition is:
TWRP - wipe - advanced wipe - tick data and slide to start?

Nevermind I did it thanks to jbmc83. The solution for anyone that has the same problem is to format data partition. It's in twrp-wipe the right button. Thanks to jbmc83 and to all that helped me!!

yep thats correct although i think ull have to type "yes" in order to start it. in any case, just follow the screen instructions! also, be aware that this takes a lot of time, so wait at least half an hour before giving up ^^ let it run its course!
edit: ah ok, i just saw that it worked! glad it did

The stock Update.APP repartitions the device to the default structure so the the partition size will be restored to the original one.

Aha, that would be very nice. I'm now using Cm12.1 on my 4X and considering roll back to stock ROM. If stock ROM can do the job, that would be less work for me to do.

It works as I've already tested it. The stock system image on my device has a size of 2.5 GB. After flashing developer version, there was 1 GB free so I shrunk the system partition to 1.5 GB. When I restored back to the official stock releases, the system partition was restored back to 2.5 GB.

By the way, is there any general guide for re-partition my phone? I want to do a re-partition on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G phone. I was thinking of using REPIT from Lanchon, but the repit file is not available yet...

Hi Digigoon, many thanks for your instructions!
I followed them and I've been also been able to go back to Stock ROM using the last FRD-L09C432B131 ROM Update.
But now I lost my unlocked bootloader, my previously installed TWRP Recovery and my SUPERSU Root.
The problem is that I can't unlock it anymore when trying to start again the whole Unlock Bootloader+TWRP+ROOT process.
I always get the same error "FAILED (remote: password wrong)" after executing "fastboot oem unlock XXXXXXXX" (Where XXXXXXXX is my unlock code)
I always get this same error using my previously working unlock Code I got via the "DC Unlocker" procedure that worked for me one month ago the first time I unlocked my device and also when using a new Unlock code I just got following the Huawei Official EMUI Website Unlock Bootloader process.
I wanted to use again the stock ROM and install the official updates but the idea was to continue being Unlocked and with TWRP+ROOT.
Can anybody help me? Does anybody know why I can't unlock again and what could I try to re-unlock my Honor 8 FRD-L09?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
I found it myself. Now it works. Incredible! The "official Huawei Unlock bootloader" method fails to me giving me a non-working Unlock code. The "DC Unlocker" method works perfectly and it failed to me because for some unknown reason there was a FXXXXXX typo in the pasted coded I had saved. A FXXXXXX typo when I copied/Pasted it! I had to pay again 4€ *to get a fully working code equal to the one I already had but without the typo!. Well I am done for now.
Honor 8 lite. same problem... Mistakenly Installed update of Honor 6X.
Bro i have Mistakenly Flash Honor 6x file Through TWRP. now after 3 4 different updates attempts, just cannot cross 5% in dload method.
My model was PRA-LA1C185B165
and have tried PRA-LA1C185B180 and PRA-LA1C185B166
but only TWRP is working on mobile and flash/wipe is also not working...
kindly help any one plz plz

Alright. I have an honor 6x which I attempted to root. I flashed the twrp wrong, and I then was stuck in a bootloop of sorts where it would bring me back to the "Your phone has been unlocked and can't be trusted." screen from unlocking bootloader. I let the battery die, and on that screen once it got some charge, it gave me the option to go to eRecovery. I did that and was able to shut the phone down completely. I then put it in fastboot mode. Through that, I re-locked the bootloader. Done!... not quite. Then, I turned the phone on. Now it only boots into eRecovery mode. I have no idea what the problem is or if it can be fixed. Any help would be received gratefully. Thank you!

I found that my phone got into that same state (always booting to eRecovery) if I flashed a replacement recovery2 and re-locked the bootloader; apparently Huawei doesn't like that. I just had to boot to fastboot and unlock the bootloader again, then it was able to start up to System.
It sounds like OP was able to fix it by restoring the original recovery2.
I am stuck on with eRecovery and fastboot&recovery mode. I have tried flashing cache, recovery, recovery2, system and boot .img files using adb but I get a FAILED (remote: command not allowed). My bootloader is unlocked as I have checked using adb. On fastboot it says PHONE Unlocked and FRP Lock. Any ideas?

It should be all three keys together with volume up+volume down pressed first and then power key (together)
Keep it that way and once you feel vibration and then honor logo and flashing will start.
Yours is booting to erecovery because of volume up for more than 3 seconds.

It's going to eRecovery with all three buttons pressed (which they all are) because no recovery at all is installed. If twrp was installed and I pressed all three buttons and then let go on the honor logo it would boot to that which is the same method for stock recovery. Without that I can't install using the dload method.

I managed to use DC Phoenix software to restore my phone to the BLN-L21C432B360 firmware and also install the hw_eu update alongside it to get rid off test keys. As soon as I connected to the internet on the device I had a prompt come up to install the BLN-L21C432B365 firmware.

It cost me 15 euros. I used DC Phoenix software to flash the BLN-L21C432B360 update.app with my phone in fastboot mode and connected to my computer. Once it finishes this you boot to updgrade mode whilst still connected to the computer which you do by pressing the volume up, down and power buttons. Once in this mode change the options in the DC Phoenix software to upgrade mode and select the update.app again and click the update button on the DC Phoenix software. It wouldn't work for any of the firmwares except the BLN-L21C432B360 FullOTA-MF-PV firmware. All the others didn't have FullOTA-MF-PV next to them just FullOTA-MF. I'm now on the BLN-L21C432B367 firmware which came up ota once I updated to BLN-L21C432B365 from the BLN-L21C432B360 firmware.

It's not your fault mate. I needed the stock recovery to be installed and I could not flash it with the FRP Lock on. DC Phoenix software allowed me to flash the update.app using fastboot & recovery mode as it bypasses security which cost me 15 euros.
