Hi everyone!
i try some days ago to dual boot my phone, nothing work.
When i use dual boot Patcher i see:
[MultiBoot] This device is 'hct6580_weg_c_m'
[MultiBoot] Failed to flash zip file.
Anyway, on the official web site, i don't see Oukitel C3. May be it's not compatible.
Any rom should fine for me CM, Windows phone, a second Oukitel ROM...
Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you!
Hi !
As far as I can see on that dual boot patcher mode thread, you need a custom kernel for dual boot support and a custom recovery
Requirements
1. A Custom Recovery (TWRP or PhilZ Touch)
2. A ROM
3. The Dualboot Patcher - From here (Download the APK in Downloads Section)
It patches...
Custom kernels for dual boot support
ROMs so that they can be installed as secondary
Google Apps packages for AOSP-based ROMs
SuperSU so that it can be used in the secondary ROM
Ask on there about the chances you may have to make it work.
Good luck !

Hello,
i would like to install a custom rom to my china smartphone coolpad 1S with CPU: mtk6592T (armv7 processor rev4(v7l). instruction set: armeabi v7a)
I found many custom roms for my device (for example, the MIUI V6.0),
but i didn't find a simple guide to flash the rom to my device.
I found only that , to install the custom rom, i need to install a recovery TWRP or CWM.
And i found that i need to create the recovery.
To do this, i found that i must use one of the following tools:
MTKdroid tools, to generate/install the CWM
or
EasyMagic TWRP, to generate/install the TWRP.
I would like to know which of the above is the easiest and safest to be used for my phone.
And, finally, if to install the ROM i need a tool, or if i simply can flash it booting my phone in recovery mode.
Thank you!
I'm not aware of these tools but go with TWRP recovery it's simple and easy to use. and once you got recovery you can flash ROMs in the recovery
Hello Everyone,
May be this is the first thread from this device. (Intex Cloud Glory 4G) launched this month (June 2016). I want to root this device and install xposed framework in it. So because this is android 6.0 that's why the first step is to install custom recovery then only i can flash supersu and xposed installer via custom recovery.
I Have already unlocked the bootloader using Android One toolkit. But none of the custom recoveries is working for this device. I have tried flashing TWRP and CWM recovery of another device with same specification but they are not working. When i boot to recovery menu it just restart to normal mode. I will be very thankful if someone help me with this problem.
The specification of this device is :
Display 4.50-inch
Processor 1GHz quad-core
Processor make MediaTek MT6735m
Resolution 480x584 pixels
RAM 1GB
OS Android 6.0
Storage 8GB
Battery 1800mAh
Network 3G/4G

I wanted to know if it is possible to change the version of android
By cyanogenmod or custom rom
If you could, could you give me a tip
How to do or tutorial something that helps?
First what is your device ? I think everybody have to start somewhere, so I have to know what is your device and see what is available for it.
But similar process for most of the cases ; root your device (try one click root like king root app or if it doesn't work try other methods for your device) then flash a custom recovery (TWRP) , into it you would be able to install (flash) custom Roms , and when it's done, just download the custom ROM , the Gapps according to the custom ROM Android version and your device architecture and then boot to recovery, make a Nandroid backup (backup everything in TWRP) then wipe system, data, cache, and delavik cache , flash the ROM, flash the Gapps and reboot.
But all the process (rooting, custom recovery etc) depends of your device
Is the galaxy lite 3 wanted to put the version
4.4.2 or +
Only that it does not exist nowhere, this custom or cyanogenmod
That's why I came here.
Way of having and making one or modifying it
Hi,
I recently rooted my Samsung Galaxy s6 g920f using TWRP and Magisk v14.0. While working perfectly, I decided to dual boot a custom rom with my stock one, using dual boot patcher. However not only can't I patch the kernel for my custom Lineage os 15 Oreo s6 rom I found:
mega.nz/#F!omZF1IQJ!2bk4dxzyW8ZwluqgrH945g!p3pCyaxI (please put https:// infront of the link to make it work as I am not allowed to post urls yet as i am new)
using dual boot patcher, but I also can't install anything using the flasher. This isn't too big of an issue as I can just flash it in twrp, but as said before, I can't patch the IMG kernel and if i download it as a .zip and patch it, when I go to install it redirects me to another file I don't want to install. I have a nandroid backup, which I have downloaded to my PC. The only reason why I want to dual boot my s6 is so I can still use the gear VR, which is great fun! Please help as I can't figure it out
Thank you
Hi,
I rooted my device HTC one X9 dual sim by Supersu with custom recovery TWRP.
I want to change it to magisk and i got an error code 1 in TWRP while flashing it.
As i searched on XDA forums, i found that flashing with boot.img from stock ROM will fix the issue.
But HTC is not providing Stock ROM on their dev page.
Any idea?
Thanks in advance!!!
it is very simple
just tell me which version of supersu you have installed
