Guys, I have a doubt about my google pixel. is normal that The Third hole is closed? It should be the microphone for suspension hiss. it's normal or my pixel is fault?

For me it's working now, can't see a closed hole on my phone...
That's normal. Mic, transmitter for focus and receiver for focus. The one on the right in your picture is like mine.

The dev version has been locked by facebook. Search forums for "Facebook Home" for more info
I have a question, when I set my phone to flight mode when I am in a zone where I have no signal at all my phone is consuming more power than when I am in an area where I have flightmode off butt full signal.
Is the flight mode not successfully applied? Is this behavior normal?

Not normaal . check to see if there's something else running maybe in background consuming power

It's located in the default theme of xperia 4.3 called BlackThemeBlueAccent.apk

I got no root access and stock rom, Android 4.4.2 and EMUI 3.0.

You could try "Andmade Share". https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andmadesoft.share
Normally (with stock Android) you can replace the Share menu with this app, but it seems not to work with EMUI.
But you can access the Andmade Share menu from the first page of the Emui menu. There you can hide and sort the apps in the list, as you need them.
