How to change weather animation icons?

In the thread 'Post Today Screen', I saw many guys are able to change their weather animation icons, kind of fun.
Does anyone know how to do it? Thanks a lot

They are changed using CFC. It is used to swap the graphic in and out of Sense

This is the one I mean, I like the purple. I wouldnt mind a high res one for the z3. I moght turn that blue one purple though.
