Hi there i am trying to fix my brothers phone for him he was trying to do a update in the settings and i am not sure if this is a boot loop but it turns on vibrates once shows the LG logo and then turns off then turns back on vibrates once again then shows the LG logo and so on and on a few reboots it shows a android guy for like half a second and i have tried to do volume down and power on and other stuff like that BUT i was wondering if any of you guys had any answers here is the info

and BTW it has no cellular service because he just uses it on the WiFi and games stuff like that

I have this P999 LG phone from wind mobile canada. As i researched lot on XDA. Seems like Tmobile and Wind P999 have same stock rom files. Could anybody please help me getting it back to stock rom.
Right now my phone is just going in loop , restarting itself on LG logo and then progress bar under LG logo and then restart again.
I tried volume down button + power but its taking me at software upgrade and not going on hard reset menu.
Could anybody please help me from here.

My G2 has been bricked since April and have had no success to revive my phone.
The phone goes to a blank screen after the LG logos shows up. Also I can't get into download or recovery mode. Whenever I connect the phone to my computer a bunch of drivers start popping up and that's as far as I can get.
Please can somebody help me out!!!!!

I found a similar issue....perhaps it can help?
Otherwise without being able to get into download or recovery modes is not good. Service may be the only other option.

Good day Guys, I am new to the forum and I need your help, I have a LG Optimus L7 II in which I was doing a Hard Reset and now he no longer starts, is showing the message " Erro: Boot Certification verify,secure booting erro! Cause: boot Certification verify "and then displays a lilac screen to try conseter I tried to install the stock rom but when I put the download mode in cell appears this same screen with this same mistake and will not, even to carry him this appearing this screen. Could you help me, please? I have been desperate.

Idk how this happened but my phone was "acting" up a bit, i pressed power off and restart and then the phone turned off and then it turned back on and now it's at the LG screen and it wont go further! I tried restoring the kdz with LG flash tool and it worked! but then i pressed power off and restart again to see if the problem was fixed and then it got to Lg logo and did the same thing! I tried using LG flash tool again, but it kept saying Phone Disconnected.
PS. I was rooted,but i think its gone now and i don't have a custom recovery.

I was inpatient and didn't wait for a reply from Zagnutty on this post- http://forum.xda-developers.com/att-g4/general/att-h810-to-stock-guide-tot-method-t3248532/page12 . it finished on the computer side but on my phone it was stuck on the LG logo. I'm on the exact phone with the exact build number and software info that he was on. If anyone can help this would be wonderful. I was on android 6.0 and tried to do this so i could go back to 5.1.1. PM me if you know the answer so i will see it as fast as i can, otherwise just post it here
edit- When i take out the battery and put it back in i see the LG logo then a android standing up for a few seconds then the lg logo forever.[LG G4 H810 At&T Model]
