Hello,
I bought a dvd player for cars which runs Android 5.1 along with Rk3188 MCU and kernel 3.0.10. This unit has a board named DK7070 CAN V2.0 which I assume it is a CAN bridge between the TJA1055 CAN transceiver and RK3188. I did not find any clue that there is a CAN driver in /dev file system.
How do they communicate to each other ?
Attached you have the picture from head unit inside.

Hello, i got a THL T11 from china ( mt6592 ) and i recently had poor to no signal. I've decided to open up the phone. I watched a tutorial on Youtube how to dissasemble it and i found that the GSM connector on the Motherboard has broken. It is detached from the motherboard and is just hanging in there. after some searching i found that it is a Coax connector and i want to know if it is possible to connect it back to the mobo by soldering or something.

Hi
Thank you for using XDA Assist
You can head over here for your questions about your device
Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Hie all i am working on an automation project and one of the aspects of it is to take a photo of s rock samples using a hacked selfie stick controlled by a micropocessor like raspberry pi. The hacking only involves the button of the selfie stick only.
My question is, can a selfie stick/bluetooth remote work with android tablets? i would like to know before i commit funds to buying. If there is any means of controlling it via remote control (without use of cables- has to be wireless) please let me know. The tablet is a generic Industrial tablet used on microscopes but it has bluetooth it was supplied to us by the project manager so its the only one we have to work with unfortunately.

I made the mistake so many others did, I bought a car stereo head unit off of ebay.
Below is the link to what it is, I can’t find specifics but I believe it is in the RockChip RK3188 area.
I really don’t know how to find this out. Just from another forum on this site (https://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/Generic_Android_Head_Unit), I found it was the only one that matched with RockChip RK3188.
So my issue is I did a factory reset and now the radio has sound but no other apps have sound. So I have a big flat screen am/fm radio lol.
I think if I knew what to get I could flash it and probably fix it, but have no idea what ROM to use. I’m afraid I’ll brick it. Can anyone please help me; I’ve spent 3 months trying to get some help and so far no luck. Thank you in advance!
Below is the link, this is the not the same seller but it is the same stereo I bought just a lot cheaper lol.

Is it an MTCD/E?
What does reseller suggest when contacted for support?
Its MTCD/E. They told me to upgrade the MCU to 3.69 and also the android 10 11/13 which I did both and the screen looks exactly the same. I’m wondering if mine didn’t get damaged in shipping. Here is a link to what I bought.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08F9LZLLB?ref=ppx_pt2_mob_b_prod_image
I have the same problem. It's a configuration issue. After updating MCU the screen start flickering and is pixelated. I guess the solution stays in upgrading the dmcu.img with the correct dmcu.ext screen#. I tried to ask the manufacturer which is the correct screen# for this unit but never heard back from them.
My screen looks good for a different resolution (1280x720 screen:18) but of course doesn't fit the physical screen.
@duttin26 Could you please share the dmcu.cfg file of your unit?
From Settings->Car->Factory Settings (code 126)->Export button -save to USB-A
I want to compare to see what is different between yours and mine
Here is mine
Hi All,
As usual, I put myself in trouble by purchasing something nobody knows and looking for help. I got a tablet containing Unisoc T618 chip but it seems like it is rebranded I can't find who the manufacturer is and if it is possible to flash a new ROM that can enable phone functions. The link to some details of the tablet is here GTX Jaculus. It is in Turkish but specs are obvious. Is there anybody that can help me identify who the manufactırer is and if it is possible to enable VoLTE on this device? I want to receive calls and be able to use my SIM card to call others. Currently, only the data plan works.
Thanks in advance
