whatsApp backup problem

hello
I needed to uninstall and reinstall whatsapp to iphone.
I backup the files chatstorage.sqlite and chatstorage.sqlite.backup. (using your great guide Whatsapp Backup Messages Extractor)
I copy the old files to the Documents folder in Whatsapp folder in 25/7/12.
since then every day the massages return to the primary situation in 25/7/12. the new messages deleted every time.
I decided to delete the file chatstorage.sqlite.backup by thinking that it the cause of the problem but its still happened.
(I didn’t use iTunes since 25/7/12)
what should I do to stop this behavior? and the messages return to act normally?

[Q] unable to restore sms back

Hi,
i have updated my htc explorer to kitkat 4.4.2, i am unable to restore my sms back. i have used smsback &restore. when i am restoring it is completing successful with out any error. but i am unable to see any message in messaging. Can any 1 help me how to restore my sms.

solution
I am writing this as it may help some one. when you have installed kitkat you will be unable to restore sms back by using sms backup and restore software. we need to download app (app ops) from playstore and go to messaging tab and modify the permission for write sms/mms and restore your sms. all your message will get restore.

I have folder with viber's messages on my computer. After update my android to lollipop i lost all messages . I downloaded new Viber and i started to use it. My question is:
How i can merge my old messages with my current messages ? Is it possible ?

Whatsapp one line in 2 phones

I installed whatsapp 2.11.431 in phone with android 8.1(lg g4) made a backup with helium and adb ... after that reinstalled latest version.. everything ok... continue working and usual.
To clone whatsapp without verification... moved the backup to a phone with android 4.0.4... installed whatsapp 2.11.431 with helium restore the backup... reinstaled latest whatsapp and works really good... both phone with same whatsapp..
Yesterday made same steps in a phone with android 10(samsung a6)... but then of install latest whatsapp .. it requested phone verification.... but the other 2 phones continue working ok..
Made similar test with other whatsapp number in same android 10... backup ... restore in android 4.0.4 and work well...
Any one made similar test? why a backup from android 8.1 dont work in android 10 but yes in 4.0.4...
I am really lost... i want to move my whastapp to the android 10 phone.. i cant do the verification because i am out of my country and the line dont have signal :S
