Guys, I'm new here.
I am using a S7 flat, 930F, and Helios 5.1 nougat rom with supersu.
So, I'm having some problem with my micro sd. I have a 64gb microsd. When I open the Nougat settings it shows the right storage available, but when I tried to use Link2SD I receive a warning saying that I dont have space (my sd only have the Helios ROM, which has 2GB and about 58GB free), link2sd shows to /sdcard the same info to the internal storage and FreeSpace is showing this too.
Using TWRP I saw that my microsd has only Helios zip and the android info is correct: 58GB free. And using ES FILE EXPLORER I can see under /storage that my sd is named as "5C36-0D14".
How I fix this??
PS: on my stock 6.0.1 rom I has enabled the Adouptable Storage, but since I wipe, format and reinstall the device in about 5 times.

Hello everyone,
This is my first post here. I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace 5830i and today I bought a new SD card because the old one was crap. I had this problem before, I have it now. When I try to download an application from the Android Market, there is always this error ''There is unsufficient storage available''. I checked and I had 23 free MB of Device memory and 1.8 GB free on my SD card. I read a lot of articles about this problem and tried many ''solutions'' and nothing fixed it. I will be really, really thankful if anyone can help me fix this. Cheers!
Try MarketFix by Felipe Aaon
You could also use Link2sd to make room on your internal storage.
the error you are facing is because once your internal storage is filled by approx. 85-90%, it shows the error - Insufficient Storage available
Try moving your apps to sd-card from settings/apps. if you moved them already, have you rooted your phone? If yes, then you can partition your sd-card to make space on internal storage. this can be done either Minitool Partition software for PC or through your CWM or TWRP recovery(needs root and custom recovery flashed)
what it does is, it takes a part of your sd card and converts it for internal storage.
If you have problem with the Playstore, you can root and install a newer version of the playstore. try this though i may not be sure about this
Google for the method as i cannot posts links currently
Cheers
Hello all. Not sure if this question has ever been posed but I have a problem that deserves the attention of the pros here at XDA. I recently purchased a tablet with Android 5.1.1 lollipop with 16gig internal storage and 1gig of ram. After loading the device up with apps I started noticing that I was rapidly running out of room. I installed a 32gig sdcard formatted as fat32. After rooting the device and installing Link2sd I came to find out that this would only work with an ext partition. So I reformatted the card with two partitions, the first being in fat32 and the second in ext4. So far the device seems to be running pretty smoothly and was able to link all app files to the sdcard via link2sd. The problem here is when I check the storage in the system settings it shows all of the available space in the fat partition as expected. When I check the storage in link2sd, es file explorer, or any of the other file manager apps, it shows that there is only 502meg available on the sdcard. I was wondering if anyone here would be familiar with a problem like this and could advise me as to what I could do to fix this. Thanks

So a couple months ago i downgraded from android nougat to CM 13 on my osprey 8GB variant, when I went into my storage section i see that it says that I only have 4GB of internal memory (TOTAL) So I quickly flashed another MM roms like MIUI rom or dirty unicorns to see if the problem was my memory and it still showed only half my storage, the only MM rom that displays my whole storage is Resurrection Remix and idk why (btw my memory works perfectly on any Nougat rom I flash but when I plug my phone into a PC it only shows 4GB, same thing happens with file explorers, they only show half the memory)
Could anyone help me solve this? thanks in advance

So you're saying Nougat shows 8GB in settings/storage? And file explorers in Nougat?

File explorers only show the space available to the user.
Explaining more elaborately, I'm using solid explorer. It shows internal storage as 4.54GB. This 4.54GB space consists of the internal storage and the /data partition.
The remaining space is used by the /system and other partitions.
So no matter which ROM you are on, all file explorers will only show 4.5GB storage. There is nothing wrong with the ROM or your phone.
Even though the box of the phone says it has 8GB storage, entire 8GB are not available to the user. About 3GB is required for the system and Android OS. If you check the 16GB variant, you'll see that file explorers will show around 12GB space.

Yeah that could be it since it says that my system takes 3.50 GB I only have 5 left, thank you I dont know why I hadn't realized that
I have nethunter room(Kali Linux for Android) installed in my Android 6.0
My internal storage is 4.7 GB. I have a SD card of 16 GB.
My problem is 4.7 GB is too low I cant install more packages.
Kali nethunter system is located in /data/local/nhsystem.
I am looking for a way to move nhsystem in my external SD card directly or by formatting it as internal storage (and of course use it).
Another thing I have noticed that my internal storage is also located somewhere inside nhsystem if I directly delete nhsystem with root browser, my internal storage is gone.
Request help for moving Kali Nethunter system (nhsystem) to SD card
Hi bro
I've got the same problem with my samsung glalxy a3 (2017) SM-a320fl. I search on the Net for fix this problem but i nothing found.
The problem is the way to change the links about the app, i think. The apk must be installed on SD card (2° partition, ext2/3/4) immediatly, and then move the data, i believe. Finally must move the remaining files, of course.
I still have to find a solution. ((
I kindly wanted to ask you if you were able to solve this problem, because I have not succeeded so far.
You did?
Thanks.
