Hi i have a problem with my moto g.
First of all it has an unlocked bootloader and running cyanpop 6.0.1 rom, iam running this rom for 5 months now without any problem , two weeks ago the phone started to turns off randomly without turning back on , i did a factory reset and reflash rom and it was ok for 1 day the next day again turns off randomly and many times during that day after that day for a week it was ok no problem then yesterday started the same thing again.
Any idea why is doing that?
Thanks for your time.:good:

kindly tell me how you managed to get into the lock screen, after continuous restarting of the mobile.
I updated my moto g (1st gen) to lollipop(5.0.2) on 6th feb.
Started having the restart problem from yesterday evening.
I managed to put the mobile in safe mode, and it has shut down by itself after some time of inactivity
Please help
same problem here as well
My moto 1st gen was updated 2_weeks back. Until yesterday I didn't face any issues. From yesterday onwards seeing auto restart.
Unable to trace the problem. Would factory reset help here?
Did you updated ota on stock phone without root? If not you maybe should flash something back from scratch and see how it goes
Facing same problem.
Its about 2 weeks since I updated to Lollipop.
Both SIM Does not work, Wi-Fi does not turn on, and mobile reboots whenever screen goes off.
Factory Reset also did not fix it.
Anybody please HELP! :crying:
That Update sucked.!
After facing this problem, I did a factory reset of my phone. For few days it worked without any hassle, but suddenly it started giving same restart problem. Again did a factory reset but this time it did not solve my problem. As my phone was in warranty, gave it to motorola service center. They found out that there was some problem in my phone's PCB and needs to be replaced. They replaced my phone's PCB and now I don't have any such problem.
So, if your phone is under warranty, I would suggest to go to service center.
For those owners with no warranty, you could try unlocking the bootloader, flash back to your stock ROM, and try the OTA update again.
Hi , ive done all i can before coming here for help but this is my last resort as im stumped. About a month ago i updated my phone to the latest Android version on my Nexus 6. Literally straight after the update my phone began to play up. It started turning itself off at random times , not when i did a specific thing it could be anything and at any time. Spoke to Motorola and they were no use , so cleared my phone did a reset and still the same occurrence, as it was still on the newest version. But what i found was when the phone was plugged into the mains it didn't go off at all, but then again this problem happened right after the update. SO the next thing i have done is custom ROM but again the device will turn off randomly .I really need help as ive only had this phone since January and ive not been able to use it.
Thanks in advance

Hi, I have a moto g(2013), i installed cm 13 a few days back. Its a snapshot version. Now phone gets shutted down without any reason couple of times a day. Any solution for this?
- Reflash the ROM to see if your install was corrupt/faulty
- Check the battery to see if it is worn out
Hey,
My phone got stolen a few months ago, but now I finally got it back.
I tried turning it on yesterday, but then it was stuck on the LeEco logo with the chinese writing until it powered off.
Then I started charging it but it seems to be stuck in a bootloop now...
The phone was rooted, but obviously the ROM has not been updated since it got stolen (mid-august) and I don't know what has happened with the phone the last 4 months.
Can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
Flash the stock ROM with MTK.
my phone is almost new and freezez & reboots all by itself some times even when its kept aside, its been acting like this from day one
i have tried everything possible by book, even a RUU 1.24.401.4 & the OTA to 1.24.401.7, only unlocked bootloader & TWRP nothing else.
I am attaching the bug report captured by Developer options....PLEASE HELP!!
