Hallo I have a Teclast X10 and I have a problem, strange problem. Since a time the power button does not work properly: it turns on the tablet, it turns off the display but it does not turn on the display again. It is not always like this, sometimes it works (less and less times) but when I am not able to turn on the display if y press the volume button I can hear the sound of the volume, but the only solution is to reste the tablet but the micro-button.
I think it is a software problem but this tablet is only used to youtube and videos.
Could anybody help me?

When the mobile is off then I turn it on The screen does not light up and the LG logo Do not appear and hear only the startup tone and wait for seconds and then press the power button Until the screen lights up.This also happens when charging Mobile When is off the charging indicator does not appear. I know it's a small problem but it is causing me distress.... The other problem is that NFC.. When press the button to turn this feature on does not respond ..... almost I did not show this problem until after the update to version 10i
Please I want a solution to these problems ..Note / I did factory settings, several times and I've also UPGRADE RECOVERY Without any result

try installing the stock rom...it will solve all ur issues

Hello everybody,
recently my brother's Nexus S started having problems. The battery life was awful and 4 days ago the power button stopped working. We were out, so i disabled the lockscreen. That way pressing the volume button would turn the screen on. This "trick" worked quite fine until yesterday, when the phone shut off, I don't know why (maybe the battery went out?). I tried to turn it on again, but there was no sign of life whatsoever. Not even volumeup+power button produced any effect. I then read on this forum and it looked like the motherboard is gone. Thinking that the phone was gone, I searched a way to recover photos and text messages from the phone(always remember to set a periodic backup). After a couple hours of pointless research, I gave up and went to sleep. I turned off the lights and I saw a flash. It was the Nexus S. So I filmed it and uploaded to youtube. Here's the link: http: // youtu.be/oGSVjElAwq0 (remove spaces) You can see the screen blinking a couple times(around 0:07 and 0:27). Maybe the phone is not completely dead and there is a way to recover that files or even save the device. Unfortunately I'm not expert, so I don't know how to proceed. Any help is appreciated. When you plug the phone in, do the capacitive buttons light up?
Does your phone get recognized on your PC when you plug it in via usb?
Are you 100% sure this is not just a battery issue?

-No, the phone does not get recognized by the computer(i tried Windows and Ubuntu)
-I can't exclude a battery problem, but ,even that, it should power up when connected, shouldn't it?

I have a android 4.4.2 brand Alps H900 (Clone S5).
My home button has lost strength and is always minimize windows. Just a little shake the phone turns on immediately, even with it in your pants pocket or in the car is always on.
Yesterday, for more than 10 hours, I tried to do what he found here in the forum, but did not succeed. Installed dozens of applications, also did not work.
I just want to lock the home button (center). So when you load it does nothing.
I really appreciate any tips or help.

Ok so i have my sisters samsung galaxy tab4 ( sm-t230nu ) which she brought to me today.
Her screen went black, lights up and all but it stays black in color. Up down volume buttons work and u can hear them working, power button works, turns screen on and off, TOUCH SCREEN WORKS, on certain areas u can hear the noise it makes when u tap on the screen and apps. I pressed the power button alone for it to restart, it restarts but does not show samsung tab logo or anything at all just lit up black screen. I even went on YouTube to memorize the hard reset sequence of buttons u have to press in order to complete the reset and i did manage to hard reset. But screen is still booting up on a lit black screen. I removed the back cover, unplugged the battery and tried booting it up and still nothing. BTW its full factory, no root roms or anything of the sort. I need help on what could be the problem. Only thing i believe might have caused this was a recent update on the system. My sister sais a few days ago it gave her a notification about it and she clicked on yes. I dont know what version of android it had nor which it had updated to. Please help. Tablet is not that old. Hey, this happened to me randomly today. Reflashed stock rom and CM but both seem to have this problem. Vibration for random stuff stopped. Not all vibration. Touch vibration works fine when enabled. Phone vibrates normally. But for some reason holding the power button or the home button no longer cause vibration. Also holding icons in the launcher. It used to do it before. It doesn't seem to be either software or hardware related. I am really confused.
