I created an Mi account using JIO sim. But I forgot to take a copy of auto generated password by system. Now when I go to reset the password, I have to go through verification of mobile number.
But during the verification,in the first attempt itself it's showing an cautionary message of exceeding the attempts and to try again after 24 hours.
It's been after 5 days I'm getting the same error.
I tried the same in different mobile using another JIO sim again. The story repeats same. Where as there's no problem with other service providers like Airtel, etc. Pls help

i installed a new sim and it wont let me send a message it tells me that i have to wait 15 seconds

i gave it a reset both hard and soft and still no luck

It should autodetect what provider you are using from your sim. The 15 second error message comes from when the phone is starting up. If your having trouble detecting your network you might wanna try a different radio.

Check the website of your provider, send them an e-mail or call them.
(My crystal ball doesn't show me your country and provider )
hi i just bought a mytouch 3g from Craigslist and i don't have a data plan, so i gave my phone to a friend to activate for me. its been 5 days and he trys it everyday and this keeps on showing up "Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server. This could be a temporary problem or your SIM card may not be provisioned for data services." we tried to master reset then activate but still not working. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
What service are you trying to use the phone on?
Some services mean that you have to setup the APN yourself if the sim card doesn't have an up to date setting. I had that happen with some of my friends, takes about 1min to fix if that is it.

My Lg is now stucked at the Backup Pin screen. When i went for a trip outside my country i didn't want to spend in roaming and deactivaded Mobile Data and Mobile Data in Roaming. My wifi was also OFF.
I put my phone in a bag and after that it shows the backup pin screen. I know my google account username and password but can't go further because my phone has no internet connection. Don't remember to have set a backup pin.
I don't want to Hard Reset the phone because i have all the photos and videos of this vacation.
Also tried to put my sim and receive a call. During the call I was able to activate only the bluetooth but not the wifi or mobile data.
Any help would be appriciated.

I'm looking for some help because now I'm hopeless. My Flex 2 one day a few day ago lost any possibility to connect to mobile network.
When I try connect to mobile network automatically I get a message "Unable to connect to this network at this time, try again later"
When I try to search available mobile network manually i get a message "Error while Searching, disable data transfer",
but all icons says that is no data transfer enabled.
When I try to change Preferred Network type to "GSM only", it jumps automatically to "GSM/WDCMA/LTE Automatic".
I thought that is an issue with sim card, but this sim work well in other mobile huawei, and the same issue occurs in GFlex with other sim, so it is definitely issue with Flex.
I tried everything, restore to factory settings, update an android, root, but without succeed.
So maybe someone of You meet this issue and know solution of this.
I'll be very grateful for any advises.

Since I update my pixel 2 (February 2020) my phone cant get into mobile network. on the notification bar displayed 'Invalid Sim - Emergency Calls Only' while on notification center said 'No simcard'. When I try to put the simcard to another phone its worked just fine.
I already tried to hard reset my phone and change another simcard to put in my Pixel 2 but the result remained 'Invalid Card'
When I go to Setting > Network & Internet it just display an option to 'Add a network'
I tried to proceed by tapping the option and it bring me to a page where I can download the esim and I trying to download it whatsoever and it give me an error said Network not active and give EID number to be referred to my network operator carrier.
I think this is not an issue with my carrier. It is hardware issues. please if somebody know how to help this, i literally tried everything to fix my device. or should I just wait for the next update? will they fix it?
