sync emails does not work reliable - Samsung Gear S3

I run a Gear S3 classic (SM-R770) together with my Samsung Galaxy S4 mini. I use the Samsung email app on the S4. I get notifications on my Gear S3 for new emails. I can open and read my emails on my Gear S3 too. The email changes to "readed" on my Gear S3, but not on my S4. When i open the email app on the Gear S3 a few minutes later, the email is back to "unread".
If i delete an email on my Gear S3, the email is not deleted on my S4 or on my mail server (exchange).
Any idea why the sync of emails is not working reliable ? Are there any settings for this sync ?

Just got a note 10.1 and I am trying to configure properly the calendar.
I see thta, besides the google calendars that I have in google and sync with my [hone, on the note there are also two samsung calendars: I can choose not to sync them, but I'd rather delete them as well. Any way?

how to see calendar reminder in GEAR2 without mobile pairing

i have gear2 paired with note4. At work i cannot use my note4 so it will not be paired with my gear2 but i want to see the meetings reminder in my gear2, so is there are apps or way to see meeting reminder in my gear2 while it is not paired for some time.

The "Program" standard Samsung app keep 7 days in calendar after connected to the phone, so even after disconnected you can see your events.

i send my calendar from outlook to my hotmail & gmail, when i opened gmail i saved it in my calendar after that i found one event only, when i opened the hotmail and download it after that opened it by s planner i saw all event so i saved it to my device.
when i opened the schedule app in my gear2 i cannot because it need to be synced also i didn't see any event reminder as i need!
i can see the contacts because its already synced but meeting i can't
any help

S Planner sync to gear s3?

Is there a way that my s planner on my s7 edge can sync with my gear s3? For example if I set a reminder in s planner on my phone would it show up on my watch?
