[Completed] Samsung On5 SM-G550T1. no Google Play, Tried odin, Sidesync, smart switch..nada - XDA Assist

Samsung Galaxy ON5. SM-G550T1- My device was rooted and worked just fine up until the most recent update. Had to figure out how to bypass the google FRP.(did complete it and factory reset phone at the end, still got the unfortunately message from Google. I've tried the smart switch method, Realterm, sidesync, odin, reflashing the stock rom on TWRP and still no luck. Still getting the "unfortunately Google Play services has stopped once i pass the "Welcome Page" "Setup Wifi"etc... until after you enter your new pin. Any suggestions?

[Completed] Need Help Fixing my Semi-Bricked Galaxy S5

EDIT: See bottom of post
Hello everyone, and thanks for taking the time to attempt to help me.
Earlier today, my T-Mobile Galaxy S5 updated to 5.1.1. I searched google and came across a few links on how to root my phone (G900T) - The one I ended up using was CF-AutoRoot
I used Odin 3.07, used the tar5 file from that site above where I downloaded the root, and attempted to root the phone. Odin says everything worked as planned ''passed'' was displayed with 0 fails. I waited about 20 minutes, but my phone never rebooted, it was stuck in a boot logo loop ' 'Samsung Galaxy S5 powered by Android'' or ''T-Mobile'' was displayed.
I tried going into recovery and reseting all data / factory wipe but that didn't help, and made it even worse. Now my phone says this when I try to turn it on: ''Firmware upgrade encountered an issue, Please select recovery mode in Kies and try again''
How do I go about getting back to stock firmware , that is rootable, so I can then proceed to install CyanogenMod?
EDIT: I used Kies and was able to get back to stock firmware and the phone turns on.
Can anyone recommend a reliable root for the G900T S5?

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
It's good to hear that you managed to revive your phone. Many of us find it convenient to install a custom recovery such as TWRP which makes backing up and restoring, switching ROMs, and many such activities much easier. XDA happens to have an active and friendly area dedicated to the Samsung Galaxy S5, and specifically to the T-Mobile version at http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-galaxy-s5. I suggest you search that area or simply post your question in the Q&A forum there at http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-galaxy-s5/help where our experts will be most likely to be able to guide you.

SM-N9200 (Note 5) frp locked and blocking reset to stock firmware

I have a Note 5 SM-N9200 purchased from China that I rooted and flashed through Odin to install Google Play Store. Unfortunately once i had everything i wanted i removed USB debugging and Unknown sources, then I added my fingerprint as a lock.
After a reboot i started getting the Custom binary lock by frp enabled message. i tried to do an emergency recovery through Smart Switch and Kies3 but they always fail. I downloaded three different stock firmwares and flashed with Odin 3.10.7.1 but they all fail at some point during the process.
The three that i have tried are : N9200CHC2APB1, N920TUVU1BOH6, N9200ZHU2AOKA.
I have been trying to resolve this for the past week searching the web for solutions and it's driving me locomotive!!
Somebody please help!

[Completed] Samsung On5 Metropcs FRP issue

okay so first time posting here, i am trying to delete the old google account from a SM-G550T1 (metro on5) i have tried several tutorials, i have been able to do the trick where you run a few commands with realterm and make a call and during that call you can access google chrome to download stuff and all that. I have tried rootjunky bypass Pangu.in/bypass-frp and other things but google keeps saying "unable to scan 14" and the number changes sometimes. so i went to Samsung apps to download es file explorer. i can get in and everything but the app gets stuck in "installing" it never installs!! Is there any other way> maybe downgrading before the patches or any other tutorials or tips? tried downgrade with odin and in download mode ( download mode says this; FRP lock; ON secure download: ON) and odin FAILS. any help? Thanks in advanced!!

Phone keeps rebooting after installing stock firmware on my galaxy s6 (sm-G920S)

I upgraded my glaxy s6(G920S) to nougat and didnt like it so I decided to go back to marshmallow. I downloaded the marshmallow firmware from Sammobile and got Odin. I flashed the firmware(G920SKSU3DQA1_G920SSKC3DQA1_G920SKSU3DPL1_HOME.tar.md5) and it said passed in Odin. But after that the device keeps restarting and gives messages like "unfortunatel, contact storage has stopped' or context services or enhanced features stopped working. After this message the device reboots and this process repeats. pliz help

HELP!

reactivation lock is on
Can't get any other details as phone won't start up properly.
My mum got a new phone so is giving her old s6 to my little brother. I did a factory reset and couldn't log back in with my mum's Samsung account, so we changed her password and tried to log in after reset and it's just not working.
I tried smart switch emergency recovery but it just said device not recognised.
I tried to flash the original stock firware amd the latest stock firmware and and latest stock firmware and it never worked.
I tried with different cables and an original Samsung cable and still to no avail. Odin fails on "complete write operation failed"
I am at a loss as what to do now as the phone now says "an error occurred while updating the device software. Use the emergency recovery function in the smart switch PC software"
But I have tried and it says device not recognised!
I feel I've run out of options now any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advanced for any help I receive.
Have a good day everyone

You can do it. You absolutely need to find the right stock ROM for it and it will work. I was stuck in this situation about a month ago, it's all about getting the right ROM

What carrier is it through? And make sure you download Odin 3.12.7, it's not the newest version of Odin but seems to be the most stable
