I am using Jio Sim in SIM1, and I can use the VOLTE Calling Sevice only when SIM2 is Disabled. When both the SIM Cards are enabled the Enhanched 4G LTE Mode fades away from SIM1 and calls won't connect.
However I can use LTE data independent of Enhanched 4G LTE Mode. Is anyone out there facing this VOLTE problem ? Any solution ?

SuperSU doesn't have anything to do with VOLTE. The main problem is that when I insert or enable 2nd sim, the Enhanced 4G LTE Mode fades away and the calls won't connect.

Your phone decides when to switch over to 3G or lte. Depending on the connection.
I think he's referring on how to do it through the service menu. On the Nexus 5 it's *#*#4636#*#* not sure about Samsung phones.
*#2263# Choose LTE all bands. Been using it on my note 4.
Neither of these short codes do anything on the S6. Does anyone know a working one?

A lot of these codes are not working on the newest baseband, looks like Samsung restricted them. They are only working if you download the PhoneInfo app and launch the code with SuperUser (root).

If you root and flash XtreStoLite rom there is a LTE only mode.
Hi,
I'm on the latest Xtrestolite v2.3 and I do not have the LTE only options in the settings (i only have 2G only, 3G only, 2G/3G and LTE/3G/2G), does it work for you ?
The *#2263# isn't working either.
EDIT : I found out how to fix the bug : if you are using your mobile in Frech you have to switch to another language to make the LTE only option appear.
I'm on 2.3 and I have that option, in mobile networks

According to the FCC documents the phone supports bands 2, 4, 5, 25, 26 and 41. So it is not compatible.
Have you managed to get phone calls and 3g stable? I'm planning on buying one to use it overseas, but I want to know if i'll be really able to unlock it

After switching over to CM13 for my moto g everything went really smoothly, with even my data working. However, it shows that my carrier is sprint instead of virgin mobile and I can not send or receive calls or sms. Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Have you tried the APN fix zip?
I usually flash this when flashing a new ROM. Cm13 has implemented support for virgin but sometimes can be buggy.
Before you flash this, mount system in twrp, then flash and reboot.

Sorry for the large delay; ran into some issues in my schedule. I did a clean flash of CM13 on the phone and mounted system prior to flashing the APN fix you provided. Unfortunately, the phone still believes that the carrier is sprint, maybe it could be a SIM problem?
Virgin is through sprint, so not a big deal...
Is your data connection working?
Some things to check are in cellular network menu
Be sure in access point names virgin LTE is selected.
Also in CDMA subscription be sure Ruim/sim is selected.
Lastly preferred network is set to LTE

Do you get an error when trying to call?
Last thing I know to try
Dial *#*#4636#*#*
Goto phone info
Make sure preferred network is set to LTE/CDMA auto
If that doesn't work I'm out of suggestions

Unfortunately that too seems to be on the right setting, but yes there an error when trying to make a call stating "cellular network not available"

I've heard many reasons as to why the Exynos processor in the Galaxy S7 is better than its Snapdragon counterpart (most important one to me being the better DAC), so I want to upgrade from my iPhone 5 to that version.
I also want to switch to T-mobile One, and have recently found out about VoLTE and Wifi Calling. Is there a way to flash a rom that supports both those features onto the Exynos version? I've seen threads on this forum discussing doing it in other countries and with other carriers, but I was wondering if it'd be possible to do it in the US and still be able to use my phone with T-mobile?
Thank you for your help
I don't believe that would be possible. The Exynos version uses a different modem that doesn't support wifi calling (not sure if that's also the case for VoLTE).

Has anyone been successful in getting these instructions:- https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-8-pro/help/volte-vowifi-australia-t4095097 working on a OnePlus Nord?
I have the 8 Pro and have VoLTE/Wifi and 5G working perfectly on Telstra, but I cannot get it to work on the Nord following the same instructions.
It keeps erroring saying "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation."
I was hoping it was just a driver issue, but nothing I have done has been able to fix the issue and was hoping someone here had luck with it.
in the secret menu *#800# i dont even see the switch option.
